The view is very nice and the pool was ok, other than that, I would not stay there again. The first room they gave us was awful...there was even blood on the couch. We were given another room and were told they would not charged us any more money, thank goodness because it certainly was not worth any more money!

This is a great resort in Islamorada with wonderful management and fantastic views. Extra roomy suites and adequate amenities made for a relaxing winter getaway. If it's luxury you're looking for, this isn't for you but if it's the Keys pace and ambience that you seek, you won't do better.

This was a great 5 day vacation. It was our 4th stay here. Suites are spacious, comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but good variety. Pool area is nice with a hot tub. We like to relax at the marina area, so we think the resort should have more lounge chairs on the sand "beach"....

We stayed at La Siesta Feb 17-22nd and when we got home, we emailed the hotel to share with them our experience and frustration. We have yet to hear back. While we did book at the last minute, we had a few choices of rooms to still pick from. We chose the 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome style room...

Greetings Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the La Siesta resort. I was sorry to learn of your disappointment with your stay after your departure. I only wish you would have brought them to my attention during your 5 night stay. I am sure we could have resolved most of them during this period of...

Spent a week in La Siesta, just returned actually. We stayed in room 404 for 5 days and then moved to 114 for two nights because we didn't want to leave! Great pool and jacuzzi area, I particularly enjoyed the lounge chairs out on the bulk head with all the pelicans and frigate birds flying above. The breakfast was nothing...

Stunningly beautiful setting for this resort. We spent 3 nights having made our way up from Key West. We were surprised by the size of our suite. It had two double beds, a kitchen/living area, separate bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea through the palms. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed....

We stayed in room 118...lower level. Had table and chairs right outside the room. Great view of the ocean. Real nice setting with palms and hibiscus plants. Room was 1 bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen could of use a little more things...but we eat out a couple of times anyways. The only thought I had was the breakfast...for the price you...

My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised at the scope of the facilities at La Siesta. We spent a week in early February, 2015 in slightly below-average temperatures, but warm enough that we didn't need heat and cool enough that we didn't need air conditioning. Room 409 has an amazing view from the balcony over the pool and out...

While the rooms were a little dated, they were unexpectedly spacious and clean. The living room had a huge window leading to a terrace with chaise-lounges and a table with chairs. The kitchen was OK, but regrettably included very few kitchen tools. BRING EVERYTHING if you intend to cook. For instance, there was no sponge for doing dishes, no paper...

We had a perfect 2 night stay. The pool and beach areas are very nice and clean. The room we stayed in was big but also a little dark and old. The hotel is close to nice restaurants. Would go again, but try to get room with ocean view - the look more bright and refurbished.
