We travelled with our 2 kids. Our room backed Onto a deck which lead to a dock. My husband went kayaking and fat tire biking (included in our stay). The room was clean and spacious, tropical looking. We enjoyed laying by the pool and talking to the people around the resort. It has a very Caribbean feel. Would stay there...

The staff was amazing we had questions about what to do and where to go. Usually people roll their eyes and give you an "I'm not sure answer" not at coconut cay they were extremely helpful with everything my family and I needed. Recommendations where to eat were hand picked by the staff. The rooms were pretty modern and most...

Staff was friendly and that's the only thing positive to say about this hotel. Cinder block walls, no natural light, shower that didn't drain. We stayed near the front, the incredibly loud pool music was blasting till 11pm the first night. This place is in desperate need of an overhall. Wasn't expecting anything fancy but I had to pull the...

The girls at the desk were nice and the tv had plenty of channels. These are the good points. Nothing against the management or owners, this is just the best that it can get, but it aint good enough for 240.00 CAD a night. Thought we would get something fun in an old fashioned sort of way, but just old...

My family and I had an awesome time at Coconut Cay. Very friendly staff and nice amenities. Kayaks and paddle boards being available to use was awesome! Will definitely go back next year during March.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, it goes downhill from there. The room was so poor;y decorated, I actually hit my head twice walking from the bed to the bathroom. There is a rack attached to the wall that sticks out at the end of the bed and I had to duck so as not to hit my head. the...

We stayed at Coconut Cay for two nights. The room was fine, we were in the back overlooking a canal. There were a few problems though. There was no soap or shampoo in the room and we had to go to the front desk to get some. The tv remote didn't work and someone had to come to our room...

Other than the two things in the title of this review, manager Pam and one if the girls in reception there really isn't anything good I can say about Coconut Cay. Don't let the brightly colored exterior fool you. This place has seen better days... maybe. Judging from the dirty and dingy exterior and interior there isn't enough staff on...

Don't bother, waste of money. Room was to close to road so you hear everything all night. Asked for a change of room and front desk said there were booked. We walk d around and found many empty rooms out back. Could hear anyone that was outside.

I'm sorry you were not happy with your room. If my staff told you we were sold out, then we were sold out. The rooms on the back may not have checked in yet. We have 16 brand new rooms that will be ready Easter weekend. We hope that you will consider returning to stay in the new rooms or...

This is an example of how lodging used to be, definitely not anything like a chain hotel. It is quaint, clean, easy to find and met our needs and budget. The staff is friendly and competent, we had absolutely no issues or negative experience. A nice touch is there is always fresh coffee and a selection of tea in the...
