Inexpensive older hotel. Great to stay for the night. Showers were hot, had good pressure, and rooms were spacious. Decor is outdated. Some small maintenance issues exist. Nothing to stop someone from enjoying a good nights sleep and an inexpensive room rate.

The lady at the front desk is the most unfriendly human being i have met. The room smelled terrible, we checked online for a place with free breakfast and when we ask for it they only had coffee, more like water! For the money they charge you can get a better place, this one looks really poor managed.

The room was clean , but with very few amenity's . It was cheap enough plus was given a veterans discount. It was close to town and good places to eat. I would have found a better place to stay but didn't have much time.

This is a typical 2-star hotel with nothing extraordinary about it. The room had an overpowering smell of Lysol when we first checked in which indicated that the room had been cleaned but it was probably to clear out the remnants of smoking by the previous guests since it was a non-smoking room. Kudos to the management for letting us...

The price was very good but I guess you get what you pay for. We had a problem with our room and they immediately put us in another room. It was very basic and simple with no extras. It served our purpose of a place to sleep and get back on the road the next morning. There are lots of...

If there is no other room in the state, sleep in your car. We checked in April 1, 2016. Our room number was 50. This room hasn't been cleaned for months not days. Our kids and grandkids stayed in another room. So it isn't one room that was filthy and I mean filthy. The sink had to be wiped down...

Quite place to stay. This is an older hotel but clean and the people are really nice. King size rooms are available. Pets are welcome here for an additional fee. Convenient to everything. No breakfast just coffee. Don't be fooled by the outside. Price is fair.

The good part is that the room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. But the weather stripping was stuck to the door when we opened it, the bed was very squeaky, and a couple holes in the wall. The towels were stained but smelled cleaned. If there is no other availability of rooms in Lake City, stay...

There are just some DISCOUNT motels in the coupon books that really need to be inspected before they are presented to people. However, I guess it is up to the traveler to make the final decision. In this economy I am sure that some entrepreneurs try very hard to exist in such a huge motel market but if you are...
