This place is gross. Dirty sticky floors, cigarette butts on the floor, Bathroom had mold and dirt in it and the toilet didn’t flush, and the hotel hallways smelled of smoke and dirty socks. The manager Lucky was very nice upon checking in but we couldn’t find him again when we had issues and the staff didn’t seem to give two hoots about the issues

The hotel was clean. The remodel was nice just not quality crafts men ship. Staff was pleasant. But the riffraff in the parking lot made my husband and brother uneasy and both work construction. Have been know as unsavory or riffraff at times when younger.

Happy that as soon as someone reported a smoke smell the manager was up on our floor checking every room to make sure that everyone was safe and see where it was coming from. After figuring out that someone was smoking in a room on a non-smoking floor he immediately remedied the situation.

Booked a 2 night stay for Eustis Bike & Music Fest and we brought our dog. We went across the street to get some dinner after checking in and unpacking. We left our dog in the room. 30 minutes later we got a very nasty phone call from night receptionist Zee stating we had to get back to the hotel "immediately" as our dog was "non-stop barking" and "disturbing all the other guests." We had our food boxed, paid our bill and headed back to Sleep Inn. Zee was rude, belligerent and just plain unprofessional to us when we arrived and told us we would need to "find other accommodations" for the following night we were booked there as we were no longer welcome there. When we got to our room, our dog was sleeping soundly on the floor. We could hear another dog barking across the hall. We reluctantly stayed the night and informed the front desk we were checking out first thing in the morning because of what Zee the night desk clown told us. They were surprised and very apologetic to us. I think they were surprised their night idiot spoke to us that way. For the record, the place is in need of some improvements, but the staff was amazing. Drop dead gorgeous female owner and staff took care of every issue that arose. I would stay there again just for them! Beautiful women! As for Zee, I hope he finds other work that suits his personality better, like a mime!

They didn’t have the room we reserved so they had to give us two double beds instead of a king. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. Affordable prices but wouldn’t come back. There also wasn’t room for our pack n play for our daughter. Traffic was also really noisy outside of the window.

I'm being very fair beware go somewhere else. Hotel allows the homeless to sit under there main entrance canopy. So you get harassed for money as soon as you get there. We checked in went up to the room. Room looked clean but the air freshener was way to strong. I went to window to see if it opened to air out the room. That's when I seen a ladder from the banded building next door. It went into the tree and against the hotel window close to ours. When looking out the window they has shopping buggies and trash everywhere on the side we was given. We went back down to get our stuff out of our car and we was harassed again for money they followed us to the car. We just got in the car and left and called back and canceled the room. Also pictures must be old because place didn't look like the hotel.

We have stayed here in the past, but despite their "updates" the room was dirty, the hallways smelled like something illegal was going on, and it sounded like the rooms around us were throwing bricks all night long. The toilet wobbled (pet peeve), the door to the bathroom was difficult to open/close and the floor was literally filthy. We got zero sleep and decided to leave. Since we had a refundable rate, we were able to get out and move to another location. We no longer will stay at this hotel and advise that folks avoid it. The facility looked like it was a haven for gang and drug activity. I typically never write a review, but I was so disappointed in this stay that I felt I had to say something.

The bathroom door did not work, if you close it you cannot open it. I have to call my husband to open it with his feet. The toilet paper holder was off the wall and the roll of paper hanging from one of the brackets. There is empty furniture in the room. The hotel lobby has a large roll of carpet and boxes of furniture. The so called "breakfast included" must be shared with a group of what it looks like residents from a very low government funded assisted living facility. In fact one of the individuals, who was in his PJs in a wheel chair, put his index finger in the eggs, to make sure it was warm. The second gentlemen, who seem disoriented, was also in his PJ's and no shoes, chaufulling his feet as he walked amainless. The room assigned to us, 218, is close to someone with a dog. The dog cried all night while the individuals argued and slam doors. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We rang a little bell three times. A sweaty man dress in a dirty polo shirt came to check us in. He wanted me to sign a blank receipt with some one else's credit card number. When I refused he was confused, took my AMEX and charge us again for what we have already paid months ago.
