I stayed at the Leesburg Microtel 3/17 - 3/19 Magnificent front desk staff. Carmen was so courteous and helpful with our check in . Breakfast was very well equipped. The fridge broke that Saturday and the front desk staff assisted all guest that needed milk, butter or any other dairy products. I will definitely stay at Leesburg Microtel again. Thanks.

This is an excellent budget hotel. The beds were very very comfortable, the room was clean with plenty of space to put luggage and items on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for restaurant recommendations and one of the receptionists typed out menus of several we interested in. The breakfast was a basic continental but that was fine for the price we payed. Coffee was good. We would stay here again.

In my opinion, this has to be one of the best Microtels out there. The place was so clean and even if it looked a little sketchy on the outside, the room was awesome. Some hotel rooms have that stale room smell, and this one did not, which surprised me. My mom slept on the bed while I was on the pull-out bed in the couch. We both slept so well, we actually got more/better sleep than we had at our Disney Resort Hotel the entire week! The room was big (a suite, I think) with a kitchenette. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and the staff was very friendly and kind.

I always have high expectations if Hotel is owned by Wyndham property. But this hotel definitely takes my expectations down to all time Low. Staffing is undertrained, rooms are so small two people can Not walk. Rooms are not properly cleaned and equipment is faulty. Pool was Out of service entire 3 day stay ?

Clean and comfortable room. Would recommend and the price is lower then surrounding hotels. Stopped here on the way to a cruise and will use this hotel in the future when sailing out of Port Canaveral

Very nice stay. Room was a nice size and very clean. It had everything that is needed for a stay. A pleasant time. Andy at the desk was great. He made us feel welcome and always had a smile on his face. Very welcoming. Strongly recommend.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom and shower. Towels and beds were plush. Micro refers to a smaller room but big enough for most needs. Staff was helpful. The place looks brand new. Easy drive to Mt. Dora and shopping.

This hotel seems to believe in punishing guests who have multiple complaints eventhough they are legitimate and could prevent future complaints Management at this hotel seems to descriminate against disables people on wheel chairs . My wife and i were dined access to our room even though we had 4 hours left to be used. we tried to check out at 5:30 am but not one was at the desk. the cleaning lady told us that the person on frist shift who would arrive at 6am would check us out .. we went outside and had to come back a few minutes after but before 6am and notified tha my wife was feeling sick and we had to cancell our flight . i spoke to both the night shfit lady and first shift assistant manager who i saw in the pariking lot. i told her we needed to cancel our check out as it was not yet done on the computer and instead of listening to us she went to the computer and checked us out . SHe used language similar to "how dare you to ask us for more time and rent you for another day after you companint about our hote." i told her that the issues i brough to their attention were not intended to be malicious in anyway. Our goal was just to let the hotel know in case they did not know and prevent other guests to compalin i have tried my best to speak with the manager and she is one that asked their staff not to rent to us anymre. to be fair i am not sue she is the one that refuse us to use the last 4 hours. i find this descrimination . my wife was very sick and we deperly needed to at least go to the room and in the mean time we could find another hotel THe check out first shift lady made us feel we were liars. she told me that our room did not have anybugs i told her one bug that looked like cockroach was on my right had and one was on the carpet but worst of all my body was full on bites in the morning. i showed her my bytes and also the manager had already seen them on a picture that i sent .. when i asked her if she was calling me a liar her face was red and active very nervous as other peple were present as well I wrore to the manager that my main rating was going to be based on the punishement imposed on guests that report issues. the manger responded that she welcomes these rports but that in my case she was depriving me of my request because i was reporting this to more than one person i reprted to the desk and manager . I did not know this was unacceptable reported bugs, cigarette smells, ac full of dust . …

Thank you for staying with us. I believe after several face to face interactions, discounts to your stay, addressing your concerns while you were still on property and again after departure, responding to reviews, and correspondence through 16 emails I did as much as I could in this situation. As I mentioned, we had our pest control service, Neoguard, come to the property and inspect the accused room. during which time they found zero evidence of pests of any kind. As I mentioned through our email correspondence, I advised my staff to assist in finding you other accommodations since it was apparent throughout your stay that we were not meeting your expectations. It is important that our guests enjoy the time they visit the area and we frown upon being the reason your stay wasn't enjoyable which is why were suggested another property. We do wish you and your family the best in all your future travels and apologize again.

Blecch. The room smelled so bad, I had to breathe out my mouth all night. The floors and carpet looked super old. At $100 (what I paid) just awful. The breakfast was a typical low rent motel breakfast - bad bread and packaged food. Find a $50 hotel/motel and it wouldn't be worse.

Clean and well-kept. No complaints. Good value. Check in and out was smooth. Room had adequate toiletries and decedent towels. In-room coffee was provided. AC worked well without being noisy. This is the best budget hotel I've stayed in. I'm not comparing it to the Ritz (I've stayed in Ritz hotels many times) but is among the best in its class.
