The facility is using the title of Quality Inn & Suites on it's letter head but it is not above a lower class Quality Inn. I had the feeling it might have been under new management but was in need of a lot of work. There were signs of on going repairs and some fresh paint but the little things you notice at a higher end Quality were missing. The facility is in need of repairs and refurbishment. We were in room # 317. The walls might have recently been painted but mold and mildew were evident working its way through the ceiling paint. The tub and tiles showed stains. The blackout curtains were pin-holed with wear, small stains were fund on the bed spreads. They desperately need house cleaning staff since crud was showing in the toilet rim and sides of the tub. Carpet and room corners needed cleaning. No breakfast other than a "cold bag" and bottle of water.

We were in the area for work and stayed for several nights in an "accessible" room. Good thing we're neither one in a wheelchair. The doors were wide, the bathroom large... with a bathtub! lower sink and mirror and adjustable showerhead.
The room however would never have accommodated a wheelchair. There was hardly enough room to squeeze around the bed.
The hotel is older, clean enough, and the staff were all really pleasant. The breakfast room really needed someone to attend to it. Especially not a good thing to run out of coffee! Fortunately they had a machine around the corner by the front desk. It looked like a nice little pool area, but it was too cold to try it out.

I stayed in a remodeled room at this hotel and I would say it was fine. The check-in was easy. I did a walk-up rate which at just under $100 for one night seemed a bit high for a Quality Inn, but inflation I guess. The room, 114, was clean. The mattresses were fine, the sheets and bed linens were clean, and the bathroom was pristine. The TV worked without issue. The walls are a little thin, so I could hear rowdy kids next door, but thankfully they went to bed at a reasonable hour. The hotel is quiet otherwise as the rooms do not face the street. Whatever complaints other people had about dirt, it's been managed since then because I didn't see any dirt. I didn't eat the breakfast. All three of the employees I spoke with were friendly.

I did not like that I had a confirmed reservation and it took an hour to get checked in because they claimed to cancel my reservation because they overbooked the hotel. The person behind desk would not even let me talk to corporate as I asked. Then once they finally did get me a room they wanted to charge me more than my original reservation. Ironically 2 other people who I had stay at same hotel as me as they were helping me with work booked rooms after me and checked into their rooms with no problem. How does that even possibly happen and yet no one apologized or anything.

Breakfast was a joke every morning as items were out or ran out and people had to ask at desk for items to be filled, no eggs, biscuits that were hard as rocks, no bagels on first day and all by 6:10 am. Same sort of thing each morning, something was out, sausage, no cereal, etc.

I had stayed at this hotel before a couple times as it is a nice low price option when you just work and need a place to sleep and you can overlook a lot of things but when you have to fight for an hour to get your confirmed reservation, it amplifies how bad everything else really is. Oh, lets throw some extra charges on top of that as well.

Management should have got ahold of me and been apologizing from the start or working to fix things at the very least, instead they turned things into a disaster.

My stay here was okay, the owner is a complete idiot and rude! My sister came to see me because i live out of town, he told me that no visitors after ten and refused to allow her in the hotel. When I asked why that was the case, all he could say was he wasn’t running a business that was for that type of business. I had to laugh because both of us are in the medical field so wasn’t sure what the owner was trying to assume. Then he rudely asked for me not to stay another night because I asked to change rooms, the people next to me where load and had company all night long. Oh also let’s not count a drug deals that are done in the parking lot through out the night, also when i went for a walk needles are in the bushes smh. I won’t be back and pray this owner finds some respect for people, I went to stay at the comfort suites in the villages amazing customer service, breakfast is amazing, and they gave me a extra free night considering quality inn wouldn’t reimburse my money for a horrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, but comfort inn suites the villages absolutely.

Carpets haven't been cleaned since installed 50 years ago. They are sticky. Room smelled horrible, likely from fragrance applied to cover up the smell of mildew. Killed 2 roaches. Even the yogurt at breakfast was a money saver - some of brand with encyclopedic ingredient list. I will likely now avoid Quality Inns as it is clear they impose no standards on their franchisees.

Well let’s start with the positive, the house keeper working the front desk who checked us in was very nice. After that things went south rather quickly. We got up to our room to find the tv BLARING and the remote not working, found a second remote that would only turn off the tv. The Ac didn’t work it said 61 and the room was still warm, walls are thin and the room above us someone was running around, and the room next to us there was someone snoring so loud you could hear it over the sub par Ac! The bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the bathtub was not clean. The blind about the Ac stuck out too far and the light in the parking lot made it feel like a spotlight was shining into the room. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

We stayed at the Quality Inn Chain of Lakes in Leesburg Florida. Check in went very smoothly, the clerk who greeted us was quite friendly and very accommodating. Because of covid-19 a breakfast was not offered. The room was large clean well kept and the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly return on any visit to the area.

The first room we were given looked like it came out of a horror pic! It may have been room 307. The curtains on the window were literally in complete shreds and the refrigerator sounded like a locomotive! I guess they are trying to do some painting in hallways as there was patching everywhere. We were exhausted so we asked for another room. It was rumpled looking and not very clean. I found bugs in the room. Of course they advertise free breakfast but they didn’t even have coffee. The whole place was creepy. If you want a restful night, keep going down the road!

I chose to stay at this hotel as the reviews online weren't too bad.. After arriving to my room noticed an odd odor, I'm confident it was mold/mildew. After that noticed that the internet would not connect in my room, and as a result the TV that was in the room was useless as it was a roku based TV. The next thing I noticed were there were roaches... and a lot of them. Some were dead already but the vast majority were scurrying around alive. I brought this up to the company and their response boiled down to, oh well better luck next time. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances
