What was once a very nice place to go has fallen on hard times. They no longer call this a resort .. it is now a low end trailer park . These words came from a member of management , if you can call him...More
This is an actual naturist resort, so anyone looking for lifestyle Resorts or any of that nonsense should probably stop reading this review now.

A relaxed and friendly atmosphere pervades. It's a campground, so its not the Hilton. But its better; a journey away from the frantic where living naturally in the attire God created is a blessing. We loved it and will return

Hello mainesail, anytime of the year is fabulous in Southern Florida. There may be a chilly day or two during the Mid-winter festival, but overall there are pLENTY of activities put together by owner Morley who keeps everyone busy. I'm sure everything is booked up for rentals, but they do have someone who lives on site who puts together tents with inflatable beds, night stand and light for $35 per night. If you are set on the cabin, then make sure you rent it NOW for the 2016 season because it will sell out fast! Once you experience Sunsport, you will want to go back for another visit. They even have a number of full time residents and you know if people are going to make it thier home, then it has to be nice. The road that wraps around the community is a little over a mile, and great for jogging too. Have fun ;-)
