WOWEEEEEE!!! The pictures don't capture the elegance of this beautiful condo #301. The decor is impeccable! The condo is immaculate and has everything we need. Every piece of furniture and decor made me feel like I was in a 5 star hotel. Direct oceanfront!!! This is a small building so not a lot of guests which is EXACTLY what my husband and I were needing for a retreat into a week of paradise. Everyone we have met is so friendly too! The master bedroom....a King size bed....soooo comfortable. The bedding is of excellent quality and soft so I slept in late the first morning here because I didn't want to get out of the bed. In all of my years vacationing, this unit has been my very favorite all the way around. Just breathtaking! You can walk to almost anything you would want. The Lucky Lizard is across the street and a quick place to grab a beer and an appetizer/lite lunch. There is a frozen Daiquiri place behind it with several other businesses to explore. Lastly....the office staff are the NICEST that I have ever dealt with. If you can reserve this unit, grab it while you can. You will be so happy that you did.…

Spent an amazing week with my parents and sister. Our unit was very clean and was simply perfect for us. I worked with Penny to get our week scheduled - she is amazing to work with! I’m looking forward to calling her again to get our next trip scheduled! Being on the beach was my favorite part - seriously on the beach! We enjoyed the soft sand and sunny weather.

Once again Penny and John have exceeded expectations. We had to delay Florida plans twice because of covid. Penny was overwhelmed with cancellations and still managed to work positively to a solution. And people, have a little empathy, NONE of us have had to deal with this type of situation before. She was gracious and sweet when I am sure she wanted to tear her hair out. Thanks so much for working with us. John is on top of things as always. The grounds stay beautiful because of him. We spent a week with our son and grandkids. Then a wonderful week alone. It is the most relaxing vacation we can take. We have never stayed in a bad condo here. It is clean, peaceful, and on the Beach!!!

We have stayed at Madeira Vista before and always liked it, but this year we were planning a vacation in the mountains instead. As the pandemic worsened and Floridians started facing quarantines, we decided not to go out of state. My children really could not afford to absorb the extra time off work which would have been needed to cover the quarantine. I called Penny at the last minute hoping that maybe she had some condos available even though we were only 2 weeks out from our vacation. I was delighted when she was able to accommodate us with 3 condos for our party. We all had a wonderful time and were able to feel pretty safe while there. Groups on the elevator were restricted to your immediate party, the commercial vendor set up our umbrellas 10 feet away from the next group, we used the pool only when half the pool was available going between the deep end or shallow based on other swimmers, and making full use of the well equipped kitchen to do our meals. Everything in our condo was clean, and it was a very relaxing week. One of my grandchildren even said, "I want to stay here forever." Penny worked hard to get one of our reserved condos ready for us early so we could check in before 4:00 if we wished. Reserved covered parking was nice, and we have nothing but compliments for Penny and John for the service they supplied during our stay there.…

This was our first visit to Maderia Vista although we usually travel to Maderia Beach. We stayed in unit 505 which served our needs well. There were two adults and two kids with space available for everyone. Everything you read about the Maderia Vista is true, beautiful sunsets, beach proximity, clean, comfortable units etc. The quality that rises above everything else is the service. Penny and John go above and beyond in every aspect. Penny called once we arrived to make sure we traveled safely and that everything was satisfactory with our condo. Our family enjoyed the stay and will use Maderia Vista exclusively on our return trips. Rick

We have been vacationing at this location for multiple years. We have been through oil spills in the gulf, H1N1, Hurricane Irma, and other events that may have kept us from vacationing there. They’ve always been fair and flexible and gracious during all of these events. Thankfully we’ve been able to get down there each and every time except for Irma. They Have always been accommodating. The location is amazing, the sunsets are beautiful, and the staff especially Penny I have made each and every vacation memorable. We intend on vacationing There for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. A special shout out to Penny and John who make the place special.

Once again Penny at Madeira Vista has come through for us. Unfortunately our spring break did not coincide with the rest of our family this year. My husband made plans to go with his family,and I planned to stay home with the grandkids. School was cancelled Friday for a month. Saturday we made several calls to the Siesta Key area with no luck. We prefer Madeira Beach, so decided it was worth driving the hour or so to still get to be with family but stay at Madeira Vista. Penny had some last minute cancellations and despite being extremely busy on Saturday made time to let me know we were covered. I realize the cancellation was due to the corona virus scare and the people who rented were disappointed to cancel, but we were happy we have this time with family. Thank you so much Penny!! We really enjoyed our month long stay at lovely Madeira Vista! It was our first time visiting and we’ll definitely be back. Our condo unit 606 was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of beach and bath towels. The beds were very comfortable. And the view...Wow! I never got tired of it. The location was so close to restaurants and shopping. The beach was so beautiful and easy to walk on. We enjoyed the heated pool and the first floor deck with picnic tables and grill. We needed to call John the maintenance manager for minor issues and he was readily available. He was so friendly along with Penny that helped me with our booking.

I am long overdue for leaving a review on this wonderful place. My husband and I fell in love with the area during a Spring, 2005 visit. The following Spring, we booked a condo on the 6th floor at Madeira Vista. Initially, we were disappointed that rather than balconies, the condos have extended "sunrooms". However, since this condo building is the closest to the beach, our views in every direction were unobstructed. Also on rainy, very hot, or cold days, our views were enjoyed comfortably in the enclosed sunroom. We are yearly visitors to these condos, sometimes twice a year, and have stayed at various units on the 5th and 6th floors. These units are very clean and have all the comforts of home. Some have extra beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. There is easy access to the beach, the refreshing pool, and the open area on the ground level for grilling and watching those stunning sunsets. We love the laid-back atmosphere, the uncrowded beach, and close distance to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. We've even done day trips to Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, and Legoland. The Tampa Zoo is especially beautiful during the Holidays. Besides the sunsets, there are usually daily views of the dolphins and other wildlife, including a Great Blue Heron, both from the beach and those cozy attached sunrooms. From the time we reserve our unit until checkout, John and Penny are very helpful and accommodating. Any calls for maintenance or assistance are answered promptly and with kindness. These two have gone over and above to make our stays comfortable. We look forward to our stay next year when more family will join us for a wonderful week in our Home Away From Home.…

This is our second visit to Madeira Vista Condos. This time We stayed in Condo #404. The Condo was beautiful with everything we needed. The grocery store was two blocks away. The shuttle and buses were also close so there was no need to rent a car. Penny and John were very helpful with recommendations and making our stay an enjoyable one. The walks along the beach and dolphin watching from the condo was priceless. Our only problem is that one week is never enough. It will be great when we are retired and can stay longer
