Overall, we loved our stay at the cottages! We had the pool for ourselves the whole time, and it felt very private. The ocean was just a few steps away, and the outdoor shower was really cool. The indoor shower took up 90% of the bathroom, but we weren't complaining. It was beautiful and amazing!! 5 minute walk to John's pass made it very convenient. Cons: it's definitely not set up for more than 2 people to stay. We were a group of 3, and moving the furniture around every night and every morning to set up the Murphy bed was an inconvenience. The kitchen was decent but not a ton of dishes, so again, it was not set up for a long stay or for more than 2 people. The toilet paper holder was broken and off the wall, but the maintenance team fixed it the 2nd day we were there. There were hardly any outlets to charge our phones. These are just a few simple things that could be changed to make it much more convenient for guests. …

I rented the whole location for a 60th birthday celebration 5/2018 and it was fantastic. The rooms are perfectly decorated with tropical/ beach decor and were all incredibly clean! The management could not have been easier to deal and were very accommodating with requests I had for the celebration. I was disappointed to see someone took off one star for the location being on Gulf Blvd...personally I never even noticed any noise from the traffic! My friends, family, & I loved this place so much that we plan to rent the whole place again for another 60th birthday and 25th anniversary!

The quality of the accommodation is 1st class and the service provided is fantastic. Located right on Gulf Boulevard it can be a bit noisy at times and this is the only reason for not awarding a 5* rating. The reservation, check-in and out was all handled very efficiently via email enduring that our stay went smoothly.

We tried to cancel our reservations one month before arriving because we were bringing 7 year old grand daughter for her birthday and found oust no children allowed. Would not refund our deposit one month ahead. Also this location is not directly on the beach. Management won’t budge and very hard to work with. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. All we ask for is our deposit back. They were also very rude on phone in trying to resolve this.

Beautiful beach retreat with luxury accommodations and heated pool. Everything you need for a beach trip with beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels included in rental. Tiki hut and the pool waterfall makes you feel like you’re in your own little oasis. Furnishings are high end and super plush! Hidden Gem on the Gulf Coast!

The place is fantastic! The renovation of the property is beautiful and no detail has been missed! I would highly recommend a stay! There is a pool, a restaurant (Surf and Turf Beachside super close by that will deliver!) and the beach is a stone's throw. Overall a wonderful stay! We loved it! It was the perfect getaway for us away from the kids! The gulf is beautiful!
