We needed a one night rental due to an airline issue. Normally this resort requires a two night minimum. Our friends are return guests and inquired with management to what the possibility of us staying. The staff was more than understanding and accommodating. Our studio was perfect for the night with a beautiful view and balcony. We are now eligible for a 15% return guest discount! Great pool, a free breakfast bar with coffee and yogurt and 0 steps to the beach… can’t beat that!!!

The resort location was ocean front right on the beach, walking distance to multiple restaurants. Room was nice size, with ocean view, full kitchen, cool AC and comfortable king sized bed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative was the very loud construction noise next to and directly below our room. The resort did email us prior to our arrival that there might be some construction noise, apologizing for any inconvenience in advance. However, we weren’t prepared for demo of concrete balconies and setting up of major steel scaffolding all around our room. It was a bit much. With this issue aside, our accommodations were just fine, would recommend Shoreline to others and will consider staying there again sometime soon!

Wonderful place to stay! The rooms are modern and so clean! Beds and pillows are sooo perfect! The staff are super nice! The pool is warm and has plenty of umbrella tables and lounge chairs! We go back every year! Thank you, Shoreline!

Ww have stayed many times before. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Easy walk to John's pass.

Third time we've stayed here, but for a full week this time. Very enjoyable resort, convenient location, reasonable rates. Enjoy the no under 21 vibe. Still have an older crowd that "marks their territory" with towels every morning about 7am SIGH... Had a little Red Tide this year, but it was all along the Gulf Coast at some point. Booked for 9 nights next year as we left!

This is year #2 staying here, and reservations are made for 2024. This will always be a favorite place on the beach. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Love the view of the dolphins playing in the water and the fact that no kids are allowed. It's quiet, clean and peaceful. Can't wait to go back and I just left a week ago!

Great location, right on the gulf! Friendly staff. Perfect pool area with tables and umbrellas and good views of water to watch dolphins. We stay here every year and are returning next year, also. Highly recommend the Shoreline Resort.

Just came home from a 2 week stay at Shoreline Island Resort. Very clean and enjoyed all the friendly guests and workers. We will definitely be back again! Perfect place to stay with your husband on the beach. Close to several restaurants and to John’s Pass.

A favorite place to stay! We've stayed at Shoreline for several years. Nice pool, right on the beach. Close to John's Pass Boardwalk. Great Church by the Sea a few blocks down. Fun shopping, walking on beach, close to some great golf courses!

Location,location,location!!! Perfect for beach walks, nearby restaurants with outdoor seating, & nearby John's Pass with lots of shops & entertainment. The accommodations at Shoreline are facing a great view of the gulf with very clean rooms. The staff are very courteous, friendly, & helpful.
