I'm a bit of a hotel snob...I like very clean, updated hotels, although they don't have to be five star necessarily. We pulled in the parking lot and my first though was "oh, this is it?", but I was very surprised! The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful and let us check in hours before the standard...

We very much enjoyed our stay here. People are right about the limited office hours, but if you can work around that, it is fine. The location is great -!nearby many restaurants. Plus it is literally right on the beautiful white sand beach. We had a very nice sunset our last night here, and enjoyed the stay overall. It may...

Right on the beach, private beach area, nice white sand. Clean comfortable beds and great staff customer service. Johns pass is a nice boardwalk area for eating and shopping, quick easy walk. Highly recommend

WARNING: This is not a hotel for the sophisticated traveler, keep shopping for another so as to avoid several disappointments here. Hotel office hours are limited to 9am to 6pm so there is no one responsible before or after those hours to check you in or out. Their room rates here are outrageous and way over the top, for what...

Great location, however I found it on the B&B Website and if you're looking for breakfast, it's not here. (How can you advertise as a Bed & Breakfast and not serve breakfast?????) Although the room was quite spacious, there was a lot of sand on the floors and in the furniture/sheets. Also, if you stay here, insist on a beach...

Although close to the beach, this room is way overpriced and needs a makeover ASAP!! There is a mildew smell that permeates the room and a mold looking corner right by the shower. You can go across the street and get a room with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen with your own washer and dryer at Mad Bay Resort!!...

Don't let appearances fool you. This is a great place. It's nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it is right on the beach. It's close to Johns Pass with plenty of restaurants and activities. We will return.

Our room was very comfortable. Although there was no daily room cleaning, a basket was provided to place outside your room every morning as needed, to replace used towels, coffee, toilet paper and other supplies. We had pool view only, but the beach was nice. We didn't use the facilities since we were visiting family at their resort. However, pool...

I stayed here for one night in the later part of February. The hotel is simple but clean. It is about 25 feet from the beach which has beautiful soft white sand. The water was a bit too cold to swim in in the Gulf of Mexico however the pool at the hotel is heated. Hotel had a small kitchenette...
