One, two and three bedroom vacation condos have complete kitchens, washers & dryers in the unit and picturesque views of the intra-coastal waterway and marina or the Gulf of Mexico. Free WiFi is available throughout the resort. The 6th floor "Sunset Room" is equipped with a weight machine and elliptical. A heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi are adjacent to the full service marina and restaurant. A 2,000 square foot function space is available for rent for private parties, family reunions, wedding receptions and corporate meetings. Great place! Beautiful view of the ocean! We seldom drove the car all week, it’s a very accessible and walkable location! It felt very secure. It was so very clean! And the bath/shower had the best water pressure!! Haha! We had a wonderful week, the weather was perfect every day! Sunsets were picture perfect!

My husband and I stayed in condo 610 for 5 days/nights and absolutely loved our time. The condo was extremely clean and well-stocked for our needs. The front-desk and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (holding our luggage and helping us get in for an early check-in when we arrived, etc.). The view from this condo is beautiful with a nice balcony where you can watch the sunset over the beach each evening and the waves/dolphins with your coffee each morning. It’s a quick walk across the street with direct beach access, as well as a short walk to John’s Pass boardwalk!

We just got back from a wonderful week long trip to Madeira Beach. This was our first trip and it did not disappoint. Our 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom condo was well appointed, extremely clean, and had all the comforts of home. We did not pack much other than a few changes of clothing and swimwear.. The washer and dryer were new as were most all the appliances. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, flatware, and cookware. Our view looking off the balcony was breathtaking. We did not miss a sunset and it was a highlight of the trip. There are many restaurants within walking distance. John's Pass and Boardwalk are just 2 blocks south of the condo. We enjoyed the heated pool each day and met a lot of nice families gathered around the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick. The parking is on the first level and well lit. We hope to return again as it was such a great time.…

Booked this resort for a weekend stay with the family. The place was a tad smaller than desired, however, the view of the bay was amazing. Overall the place was clean besides a pair of underwear that was found underneath the sofa. Slightly tight quarters as mentioned above. Overall, would probably stay there again, it's just very basic inside.

We stayed in room 610 and it was absolutely perfect. It was well stocked with anything you could need on a beach vacation from a few beach chairs to some beach toys for the kiddos. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The beach is just across the street and easy and quick walk.

Condo 1402 is great! Everything you need for the beach is in this place- wagon, boogie boards, cooler, beach bag, etc. It was clean and modern. It was an easy walk to the beach. If I ever stay in Madeira Beach again, I certainly would stay here again.

Our family recently spent a week at Madeira Bay Resort #610. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Our condo was recently updated and was very clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Johns Pass is only a 2 block walk away. We enjoyed our view of the gulf and the proximity to the beach. We will definitely make a return trip.

Madeira Bay resort is in a great location; across the street from the beach and close enough to walk to Johns Pass. We stayed in room 610, it was extremely clean and fully stocked kitchen so we could make food when we didn’t want to eat out. We will definitely stay here again!

Convenient location to beach. Great views of marina. Enjoyed drinking coffee in the am while looking at views of marina . We stayed here without a car as resort in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pool area is not great .. small … kinda feels like a extension of the parking lot . Room was ok . Make sure to bring your own toilet paper , paper towels and garbage bags . Rooms with a balconyover looking the marina make this worth 300 a night , but otherwise the rooms and the pool area are just ok.

We stayed at Madeira Bay Resort II in Unit 404. Short walk to everything you could want for a beach vacation. The beautiful white sand beach is just across the street. My wife and I had more relaxation and fun on this trip than we have ever had at Disney World
