This Courtyard is not much different than most Courtyards, but it's in a very attractive location, right on the water, and a five-minute drive over the bridge to Madeira Beach. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was hoping we'd be given a room with a balcony but got one with a window; I guess you should request a balcony when reserving if you want one. Housekeeping is done only on request. There is a small bistro-type restaurant on the premises where you can get a bite or a Starbucks. Some under-building parking is available. Very attractive pool area which unfortunately we did not get a chance to utilize.

Stayed here one night. Beautiful very modern room. Pay the extra for the balcony. So worth it. Close by lots of restaurants although you have to drive to get to most of them. Their small restaurant has a very limited menu. Publix and McDonalds within walking distance. Very clean. Seems relatively new. Only thing I did not like at all were all of the toiletries are in communal big bottles. Most of the ones in the shower were close to empty. Glad I brought my own shampoo and soap. During this covid the last thing I want to do is use the same toiletries from other people from all over. I think small individual soaps and shampoos are best.

The hotel is lovely with a beautiful setting on the water. Our room was extremely clean, bed was very comfortable and the waterfront view from our balcony was stunning. It is located on a quiet street so there was no road noise. The outdoor pool temperature was warm and comfortable. This is a wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

I would give it 5 stars but didn't like the location that well - seems safe, no charge for parking, nice pool, small harbor to overlook, not alot of shopping or restaurants within walking distance. 5 minute drive to Starbucks (they also sell it in the lobby) First Watch, Texas Roadhouse but after being in the car so much I'd rather get out and walk. They do have high standards for cleaning and a nice bar area in the evening. They have a bistro for breakfast and dinner - breakfast is not free but a decent variety of items available for purchase. Very good customer service. As with all hotels currently, no housekeeping unless you ask a day in advance. I did, and my room was cleaned right on time. I'd recommend unless you are a walker, like myself :)

This motel is on the water and it's just a great place. The service was wonderful,the rooms are spacious and very nice, the view is fabulous - nothing like seeing dolphins swim by as you're watching a beautiful sunset. - the pool is large as is the whirlpool. In this time of Covid, it felt clean and safe.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Maderia Beach for a last minute get-away. The place is great. We we got there early, but were allowed an early check in. The hotel is clean. The rooms are attractive with contemporary decor. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking the water. The hotel is located at the end of a street next to the American Legion post, so there is minimal traffic.
Front Desk personnel were very personable and helpful. The televisions can play your music list through a complimentary bluetooth connection.
There is free parking including a garage with a limited number of spaces. There is a nice pool and hot tub as well as a fire pit.
A Publix and a McDonalds are very close by, as are additional restaurants and shopping.
My only complaint actually is a reflection on the Courtyard brand. The food offerings in the hotel are limited and there is no complimentary coffee available.
All in all, a very enjoyable stay

This hotel certainly lived up to its reviews. Everything was immaculately clean, and service was spot on. Make sure you request housekeeping if you want it, as it is no longer a standard service offered daily without request. Perfect location, and even though it was over $300/ night when I stayed, it was well worth it. Next time i’m in the st. Pete/ treasure island area, I will definitely be staying here.

Family stayed here for a week. Service was great especially Bryan at the Front desk and the two helping guest with breakfast/coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Hotel is not too far from the beach and liked there was a elevator directly from the parking garage to your hotel floor without making you walk through the lobby like most other hotels. The first room we had only had a window that did not open so it was somewhat uncomfortable. We later switched to a balcony room that was much better and also made the same size room feel bigger. Kids also enjoyed the pool area.

My family and I stayed here 5 nights. We had a nice, big room. The staff appeared to be following CDC guideline regarding COVID-19. There was no maid service due to COVID. We just asked for supplies & towels when needed. Bryan at the front desk gave us what we needed without any problems. He was very helpful. There are two elevators that run from the parking lot into the hotel. The only problems with the room were we had a tiny fridge and very small garbage cans. In addition, the carpet was dirty - after showering, I walked across the carpet in bare feet and washed my feet with a wet cloth before putting my shoes on. The wash cloth showed dirt.
There was a workout room that had dumbbells, 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals. However, due to COVID, you could only use 1 of the treadmills & ellipticals. There was water & towels in the room.
We slept well the first 4 nights. However, the last night was a problem because the room next door had their TV on and we were disturbed by the TV and their conversation. The walls must be thin because the people were not partying or exceptionally rambunctious.
We had a nice balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. It was cool to see dolphins from the balcony! You had to pay for breakfast and the manager’s cocktail gathering. We did not partake of either.
I’d give it 3 ½ stars. I’d stay here again.

This is our second trip to the Courtyard at Madeira Beach. Again it was a great time. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Shelli is a wonderful manager. She keeps on top of things and is very attentive to the guests’needs. It is in a great location with beautiful views and great nearby restaurants. We love coming back here and would recommend it highly.
