We enjoyed a quick check in process with friendly staff. We were notified early via the Marriott opp that our room was ready, which helped our plans greatly. Our remodeled room was nicely furnished and had plenty of charging ports with the new furniture. The exercise room well equipped with multiple treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, free weight and stationary machines. Parking was easy and plentiful. Overall, a great experience.

time for a revamp on the entire hotel. aircondition cant make you sleep propelry and if you turned it off you swet like crazy no one put AC unit inside rooms. We need more smiles and welcomeing in this hotel especially at the lounge. the girl in the morining was aweful we were late few minutes she have not even tried to offer anything or applogize. not even cup of coffee

excellent hotel with great service, nice rooms and a great pub. It's actually one of the best values for the cost I have seen. staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are attractive. we have stayed several times and it is great for families. Great as a business destination as the meeting rooms are comfortable and quiet!

So let’s book the club floor because we’ll have access to the club lounge So we book the club floor as always and no we don’t club level …..but they say oh we’re putting you in of our newly renovated rooms.. huh Newly renovated rooms where the bath tub looks like it is not been renovated the sink in the bathroom that doesn’t work unless you continue to play with the handle to get the water to shut off. It is filthy in a number of places that are highly touch areas that you would think housekeeping would be cleaning. And What in the heck is going on in this club lounge? It clearly states on the website that snacks are available all day I went at noon. I went at 2pm and I went at4pm there are no snacks when I did go for the 5 o’clock reception they were late by 15 minutes and the food that they served was dog food meat with some taco shells, salsa and sour cream … this was absolutely not fit for human consumption!!!! so what happens to those of us who don’t eat meat or fried food you have a few carrots and celery with ranch dressing I am not sure that really quantifies for paying the extra for the club floor. I have been staying at hotels for about the last 30 years and on the club floor as much as possible and there is typically fruit, vegetables, cheese, crackers, meat, and then some other kind of bar food that way it can accommodate any kind of dietary concerns this was the worst I have ever experienced. We come here often the hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious, the staff is amazing and as members of Marriott bonvoy we're treated above and beyond. Michael is the greatest of all of the staff. He always goes above and beyond the necessary to make sure were comfortable and feel welcomed. Time and again he has greated us with a friendly smile and a warm greeting. He is one of the many reasons we choose this place over the many Marriot brand hotels in the area. We love this place and will definitely recommend it it to others.

Stag went over and beyond expectations. We had a conference in their meeting room and couldn’t have asked for more. So thankful for their hard work and great attitude! Bre and Lauren were amazing. Will definitely use them for all future Indianapolis events!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! All employees were so very friendly and helpful. My daughter had booked the room for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how very nice this hotel was. We picked it so that we could bring our small dog and it's proximity to her new apartment. Very clean, huge tv, great smelling shampoo too! I asked the front desk if breakfast was included because my daughter thought that it was...he said unfortunately not, but he looked up my room and said but today it is for you! What a nice thing for him to do. We definately will recommend this hotel to others and will be back! The housekeeping staff were so very nice too. Everyone was smiling. You can tell that it is a great place to work!! She got the room at a great rate also!

Rooms are clean and decently comfortable, but nothing special. I wouldn't choose this hotel again simply because it forces guests to pay $15 for parking in a suburban area where ALL nearby office complexes and hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Extended Stay) do not charge for parking. This charge is not mentioned at time of booking, and it is a shameful up-charge with no benefit - a surface lot with dim lighting, meaning cars can be easily broken into, and gated not for security but to force pay-for-parking.

Just for clarification, other hotels in the area do charge for parking as well. The parking lot gating is indeed for security and we also have security that patrols the lot at night. I have stayed at this hotel several times during 2023 and I could not be happier with my stays. The hotel is modern, clean, well-appointed, and very professionally managed. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you have business in downtown Orlando as the drive is about 15 minutes.
