My best friend surprised me for my birthday here, and I must say the resort was beautiful and so accommodating from the moment we walked in. We had an ocean front suite with a private balcony that was to die for, housekeeping was top notch. Every food item I ordered was amazing here, from the restaurants to in room dining. We of course had a day at the spa which is top tier, they know what they're doing here, but for myself what stands out the most is the superb service and hospitality from the employees who work here, loved the recognition, acknowledgment and great service every day. I can not wait to stay again one day.

This resort is the finest place I've ever stayed in terms of luxury, beauty and friendly, sincere service. The hotel is decorated beautifully, a combination of classic and contemporary that you rarely see done well. Our room overlooked the ocean-great view. Food in the restaurants was excellent; the bartenders at the poolside restaurant were great. My wife said her spa experience was the best. Finally, the people who work here are genuinely nice and make you feel welcome-totally unpretentious.

Beautiful property. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is large enough that it never feels crowded and the service in the pool area was great. We ate at 3 different venues and each time we were extremely pleased. Highly recommended!

For my 75th birthday, my family surprised me with the most amazing experience ever at the EAU PALM BEACH RESORT and SPA. From the moment Josh, the incredible guest relations manager, met us at check-in with welcome flutes of Champagne to the moment we departed, everything was beyond perfection. Upon entering the suites, a dozen roses in a beautiful floral arrangement awaited us. There were custom “EAU” chocolates, champagne and white chocolate covered strawberries. Personalized notes from Josh and his team will be treasured forever. Our ocean front balcony, the length of our suites, offered majestic ocean views and sounds. We had access to the VIP lounge where we met Marlena, our server and Barbara Callahan, our concierge, two of kindest women we’ve ever met. They were so accommodating and friendly, truly wonderful assets to the EAU. The food buffets were beautifully prepared and presented throughout the day. We had our own cabana for the weekend. All the young attendants were helpful and knowledgeable. The Spa is incomparable with its lovely nuanced fragrances and meditative and relaxing atmosphere. After having my hair elegantly coiffed by Olivia and make-up exquisitely done by Shayla in the salon, we dined at Polpo. Joe, the Maître d’, was a commanding presence in the room assuring perfection for all guests in attendance. Our waiter, Claudio, made our meal entertaining and adventurous with his quick wit and attention to details. He knows his foods and he knows his wines, something we all appreciated. The EAU PALM SPRINGS team went out of their way to make sure my birthday was the best one ever and they succeeded beyond my wildest dreams. HOWEVER, Josh was the one who orchestrated this entire experience for which I will be forever grateful. He is one of a kind and a consummate professional. Thank you Josh and the entire EAU team. This former Ritz Carlton property is lovely with breathtaking views …. Outside the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and inside the many gorgeous crystal chandeliers and antiques are stunning. My husband and I stayed three nights in an ocean front king room. We loved the view. The bed is comfortable and the room is well appointed. Evening turndown service was a nice touch and we appreciated the chocolates housekeeping leaves on each nightstand. The bathroom is nice….but if I had one criticism it would be that the bathroom could use an update. The marble shower was lovely but the commode is so low…it’s time to invest in the higher profile which would likely better accommodate the generally older clientele. The hotel must have been full during our stay. On Saturday housekeeping did not arrive until after 5 pm to service our room which was disconcerting. They ended up combining the service with turndown which meant we needed to hastily change to get to a family gathering. A word about the parking valets — they really hustle! We never waited more than a couple minutes for our car. The weekend of our visit the hotel hosted a beautiful black tie wedding which made for a VERY busy evening for the valets — yet they were cheerful and no one waited long for their car. Hats off to them! I enjoyed the pool one day and found the service to be excellent. We dined at Polpo also - one breakfast (with the most incredible fruit plate I’ve ever enjoyed) and one dinner. Unfortunately Angle Restaurant is closed on Sunday and that was the one night we had no family plans. There is a sushi restaurant in the lobby area also and if we had stayed longer we would have tried that as well. In all we enjoyed our stay. It’s clear this hotel is a top choice for meeting planners and celebratory events. In an area with many high end hotels this one does stand out as a good choice. We would absolutely return. …

Amongst the many restaurants at the Eau (Palm Beach) I prefer their outside restaurant Breeze Ocean Kitchen. Right at the Atlantic Ocean with the cute white and yellow striped umbrellas you can have a delicious meal in a comfortable environment (weather dependent as it is solely outdoors, with some covered areas). I love their Ahi Citrus, but there are many options on the menu. Coffee is without free refills! If you are lucky to get a table at Breeze Ocean Kitchen on Fridays (4-8 PM) or Sundays (1-6PM) you will hear the lovely guitar sounds of Arturo Romay. The music he plays will compliment your dining experience or the cocktail you order afterwards hanging out near the bar and just listen and relax / talk. Our waitress Olivia was lovely today. Unfortunately we felt pushed to leave by a prior waitress which made the end of the meal somewhat bitter tasting a couple of weeks ago as I wanted my friends to hear Arturo play. But overall I feel it is worth to check it out. They do take reservations!…
