The hotel is dirty and it smells. Woke up to half the lights in my room not working. Had to take a shower in the dark. When I went to complain, they told me someone would fix it, I had to tell them to change...More

Thanks for your feedback. We did have a breaker trip due to a power surge, which affected 8 rooms, but did fix it quite easily by flipping the breaker. As far as the tournament rates go, we are in the process of renegotiating with your...More
I reserved 6 rooms at this hotel for a soccer tournament in March 2018.
The staff were great, Sarah (I think), at the front desk was wonderful and Matt helped resolve an issue very quickly. There was another young lady at the front desk during...More

Thanks for your review! I'm happy Matt and Sarah were able to help make your stay great!
We booked one night to attend a baseball tournament close by.
Staff was very friendly.
Location was very good to highway, shops, restaurants, etc.

Thanks for your review. I do apologize for the confusion on the size of the pullout sofa. The sofa is indeed a twin size, and not a full size, although after checking our website and the online travel agencies, it doesn't look like we have...More

Thanks for leaving us a review. The ceiling fans are indeed outdated and we are going through the process of removing them from the rooms. Right now about 25 rooms have the fans removed and the project is ongoing.
Friendly desk staff, quiet room, reasonably clean. (Noticed a collection of dust and such on an outside corner by the door/fridge.) A/c and ceiling fan made for a very comfy temp. The bed was good but not great. Guess I am spoiled with a memory...More

Typically the least expensive method is to rent a car at Orlando International and drive. Generally you can find a rental for $50 or less per day, and as Melbourne has a smaller population, public transport has poor coverage and long wait times between buses, so a rental is more convenient than that, and less expensive than relying on Uber or a taxi to get around.
