We had the pleasure of dealing with Francisco and Jose, and they were fantastic. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. We were visiting for a hospital visit and they were helpful and compassionate. Would definitely recommend staying here based only on them, but the hotel was great too!!
Me and my boyfriend stayed in Miami for 4 nights. We chose this property for our first two nights. I just want to give a shout out to the front desk Estovan- he went above and beyond to try to get us into a room since we asked for early check in. Formerly working in the hospitality industry-I can say that He embodies everything a front desk associate should: he’s personable, friendly and cares about making your trip a great one by getting you anything you need. The property itself is beautiful, close to wynwood, great restaurants, and a good scene. However to the owners of the property you should actually hire more than just one person on staff for mornings and nights, you need more people to help alllll of the customers coming in and trying to check in, as well as getting housekeeping to have the rooms ready by 3pm. Our room wasn’t even available until 4pm- when we first arrived early at 1pm trying to check in early. But it’s worth the wait I can always trust Hampton for clean beds, clean rooms, adequate supply of towels, and great service provided by the front desk staff. Overall this was a great stay, nice display of breakfast and coffee access 24/7, it was hot, never cold- and always replenished! Thank you for the great stay P.s. you have permission from the AC Marriott hotel next door for the rooftop pool and bar up there! Must see!…
Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff, Jose and Derek, were very friendly and helpful. Answered all our queries and dealt with any issues very promptly. An example was that requested additional towels, which arrived within minutes of requesting. Also we were able to keep baggage in storage after we checked out, which was very handy. Breakfast was good, fair amount of options for vegetarians also. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely visit again.
We stayed at other Hampton Inn's and found them clean with helpful staff. We discovered this Hampton Inn had not transportation available. The check-in person, Jose, who clearly asked me to write this review gave us completely incorrect information. We were charged $50 incidental fee with no explanation. We were told we had upgraded our room so I was outraged with the extra fee. It was removed. We were told there was a restaurant on the second floor- nope. The time to the cruise port was 30 -40 minutes- nope not at all. We were told we had a great view- nope not at all. The key here is a the convenient location. It has that. The room was nice. But I found the misinformation especially about the charge troubling. Just buyer beware of what you are getting. No parking, no transportation options with an inner city location.…
Good options for breakfast and though the room was a little tight it worked well for our overnight visit. Best to stay parked in the garage and walk. Jose at the front desk was super helpful and nice.
The service in this hotel is nothing short of exceptional. Special mention to Jose and Angie from the front desk for being so amazing, kind and welcoming at all times. I came for business and my husband and dog came with me. We were planning on staying at a different hotel after my company offsite but loved it so much that extended our stay. The breakfasts is delicious and they have EVERYTHING (Fresh waffles, eggs, sausages, fresh fruits and juices). I come to Miami often and will from now on stay here every time. Francisco Izquierdo, the front desk supervisor, even sent us an email the day before our checkout thanking us for staying here. It’s the little details for me that make the difference and that is not easy to find in chain hotels. Thanks for everything!
Clean comfy room high standard of facilities, great staff, lovely breakfast and good location for gettung to most places in Miami and close to eating establishments and shops Would stay hear again and would highly recommend
Francisco and the staff were very accommodating, the rooms are clean and the accommodations/breakfast were well done. Francisco and the staff were helpful in finding Dining options and fun places to hang out. I would stay again.
Wanted to stay in the Wynwood area to see all the buzz about Miami’s art district. The check in process was very seamless and we were given an upgrade to a generous sized suite - a nice surprise! Jose checked us in and gave us a very friendly, warm welcome. I accidentally spilled my cup of tea in the elevator and alerted him - as embarrassed as I was, he said no worries and assured it would be taken care of by housekeeping. The AC hotel is next door and the pool is accessible to Hampton Inn guests. I had to get some over the counter flu meds, although they ran out downstairs, I walked next door to AC for some. Very convenient. This hotel is in walkable distance to so much good food - We tried Mr. Cachapa that’s just a 5 min walk away and was blown away!
I stayed for 6 nights . Hotel was very clean ,excellent dayly house cleaning ,and front desk couldn’t have been Nicer, shout out to Arthur, supervisor who helped me extend my stay day to day whitout a problem . Easy access on an off the highway . The pool area is beautiful and the bartenders wait staff was excellent .
