Great pre cruise hotel. Flew in late the night before we departed. Checkin was good, room was clean and very nice. We got two rooms for the kids and us that worked out well. Only complaint was breakfast was lacking and could have used better tables and cleaning.

Flight was canceled and we had to find a hotel for a night. They were obviously trying to update and upgrade the hotel, recent updates to fixtures and newer paint in our room. Seemed clean until we started seeing bugs. Nice to have a fridge. Stove, Microwave, etc. Until tiny bugs were crawling on counters. I wiped everything down with bleach wipes. Couch was nasty, old and ugly, little bugs too. Shower was good. It could be a decent place but I just wanted to get out of there.

This was my first stay here as I had arrived into Miami early morning and was taking a late night overnight flight to South America. This hotel is literally within walking distance to the transport hub of the airport i.e., buses, subway, Tri-Rail, etc. I believe that I walked to the bus area in five minutes. This is a great asset for those who want to travel into Miami Beach or Miami without paying the high price hotel rates there. You can take the Airport Flyer bus, #150, and arrive into Miami Beach in 30 minutes or less or take the subway to Miami. Free airport shuttle service is available on demand which is also great vs. on the hour or half hour. Evelio picked me up and is the consummate ambassador for the property. Ashley checked me in and was personable and Mikel provided some great instructions for me. The complimentary breakfast was good and plentiful. I'll definitely return to this property!…

I spent 10 nights at this hotel. One thing that stood out, was the friendliness and willingness of the staff to assist in every way possible. Nothing I required was too much for them to attend to right away. The room is a decent size, with a well equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. They also offer a free shuttle service, which runs within a 2 mile radius. Will highly recommend.

I only spent one night here between flights into and out of Miami Airport - it was exactly what I needed. A great value, convenient and comfortable hotel near the airport. I knew the hotel had a shuttle bus service to/from the airport, but I found I didn't need it - I just took the shuttle train to the car rental center, and then once you find the right exit (the one at the very end of the railway station side of the transportation center) it's just a very short walk to the hotel. Managed it no problem at all with a suitcase and hand luggage. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and I couldn't believe the size of the room - it was huge! Full kitchen, lounge area and a big bedroom and bathroom. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind for a bit between my flight from the UK and the following day's flight to Orlando. Breakfast was a good selection, and some of the best tasting cooked items I tasted in any hotel during this trip - and I stayed at quite a few! The breakfast staff were friendly and worked really hard to keep everything clean and well stocked for everyone. It was a bit off-putting to be given a room with an apparent damp problem. There was a huge fan-machine on full blast in the room when I arrived, trying to dry things out but part of the bedroom carpet felt damp to stand on. I'm not sure the room was supposed to be let out like that. After the long journey and flight, I couldn't be bothered to address it, but I'm sure the staff would've sorted something else if I'd asked. The other slight issue is that being so near the airport, you do get a bit of aircraft noise. Not enough to keep you awake (I slept really well!), but you do notice it. Very recently had an excellent experience at STAYBRIDGE. Aquita a staff member there, not sure if I am spelling her name right, is a very smart and personable young lady, who spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions about the hotel. I am very particular about where I stay, so I appreciated that. Her information was accurate, as the "rooms" are really very sizeable suites, clean, and more than enough for the one person I am. Other staff like Nick, and the parking guys were also very friendly and helpful.

Whilst staying her they too a credit card for security as expected. However a charge has been made to itcdespite us not spending anything and not using the paring etc ! Since arriving back I have tried contacting via e mail, the IHG app and spent 2 hrs with IHG on the phone who promised someone would get back to me in 48 hrs which they haven’t I can’t ring hotel due to international charges ! Really angry at how the total lack of regard to returning my money and time I have spent chasing them !

Stayed at this property on July 15, 2022, after returning from a cruise. The place is very clean, and the staff was helpful and super friendly. They offered shuttle service to and from MIA Airport. The only issue is the shuttles first drop off to the airport is 7am. So, if you have earlier flight, you wouldn't be able to utilize this service. But they are so close to the airport, an Uber was on $8. My only issue with is place is that the main entrance is confusing, you have to drive pass what seems to be a car garage/shack then turn to enter the valet parking area. But overall, the stay wasn't bad at all.

We were not told the shuttle stopped running when we called earlier to confirm our reservation. They changed this service and times from when the room was booked. We were not recognized at check in for our status and no hotel information was given regarding the breakfast or amenities. The manger Michael was not willing to understand the inconvenience of an airport hotel not offering a shuttle 24 hrs. I have never stayed at an airport hotel that did not provide a shuttle. The neighborhood is extremely poor and unsafe. I have lived in Miami for years and will never go back here. There are better Staybridge suites that provide a better service and amenities. Big disappointment.
