I was traveling with my husband and we arrived at the hotel late. The neighborhood is SCARY! First red flag were all the police we saw in the street, second was all the people wondering around up to who know what in the middle of the night and then the third was that they lock the lobby doors and you...

It is unfortunate that your experience with us was unpleasent due to the surroundings of our property. We are a safe property and are very pleased with our local miami police department patroling our neighborhood 24 hours a day during its transition to ensure our guest our neighborhood is safe. Buzzers were installed on our lobby door for our staff...

We stayed here one night as it was reasonably priced and had a free shuttle to the cruise ships. Unlike others, we didn't find the noise bothersome at all. The breakfast was ok, about what we'd expect for what we paid. Liked the free Wi-FI as we were able to watch an episode of a TV show we missed. The...

We stayed here in February 2011, the building had recently been entirely refurbished (and a new wing constructed) so the rooms were clean and fresh. Location is central, a good base from which to explore Miami beach, airport, downtown, little havana, and the Everglades... all an easy drive. And parking here is free, a rare luxury in Miami. Our favourite...

Thank you for choosing the New Yorker Boutique Hotel for your choice hotel during your visit to Miami. We like to thank you for your positive feedback and look forward to your future visit. We are a historic district property and we are limited to what we can construct and what we can not. We are a beautiful property with...

The price was great for a clean room with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. But it is still a basic package...no coffee makers, no controls for the air (though it is kept at comfortable temps), not even a phone in the room. The staff is friendly, but does not remotely have the sophistication of a hotel concierge. The...

We find it unfortunate that you had an unpleasant stay with us. Perhaps you should have bought it to our attention during your stay. Unfortunately we have never had a issue with roaches. We have bugs in the outdoors, but this is Miami. We have a Mom and Pop facility and we are very proud of the work that we...

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I to spend a fun weekend in Miami. I booked here because I didn't want to be too far from downtown, but I also didn't want to spend a whole lot of money. I booked the room at $67/night. When we arrived at the hotel, it looked unappealing from the very start....

Although it is not located in a good area, it's a nice and clean place to stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I personally liked their breakfast very much, cus I love fruit for breakfast and they have bananas, mangoes and apples.

We spent one night at New Yorker and we really liked it. It is clean, renovated and quiet. We loved the big pool and it was open until late at night. Complimentary breakfast (tea, coffee, juice, toasts, cereals, fruits) in the patio, free wifi, free parking. Recommend it.
