The staff at this hotel was incredibly courteous and helpful. While not a problem guest, i certainly was an annoying one (multiple mail pickups, etc.) and the staff was always on point and helpful with every oddball request i could throw at them. As a Marriott Elite member, i enjoyed my stay at this property and want to thank Sheryl, Ana, Benson and the rest of the team over there. Thanks you and i look forward to being back.

Near Mount Sinai Hospital and near Kosher eateries of the area. Near the Miami airport. If you trip is for doctors appointment this is the place to stay. New hotel with ample room and clean bathroom. Front desk staff very competent and friendly. Park for $20 daily.

Superb front desk service. Sherly and Freddy consummate guest services professionals. Amazing rooftop view of the Bay. The shower and water pressure excellent. Loved I could connect to prime video, YouTube and Netflix!!

Great Hotel. Ultra modern rooms, especially the bathrooms. If you like hot, long showers, this is the hotel for you, for as long as you need a hot shower, you will have it! The TVs have a good selection of channels With the added bonus, that one of the channels is Netflix and you can sign in with your own account. Breakfast is delicious, great service from the waitresses and hotel staff, especially Sheryl & Cynthia at front desk who were very friendly and helpful. The Front of the hotel has many sofas and chairs to Loung on. Wendy’s is across the street and a gas station as well, Pollo tropical which is excellent Cuban style fast food, McDonald’s Taco Bell and Denny’s 1 block away

Sherly at the front desk was awesome. I was not able to checkin until midnight after a long day and she got me settled into a quiet room quickly and helped me find easy and safe parking for my brand new car. So far so great! Thanks Sherly!

Clean, good parking, nice rooms, well located to the Design District and the airport only 10 minutes away. Much easier for overnight with a morning flight out than Brickell Area. Would definitely recommend.
