Would be higher except one books a hotel room to mostly sleep and seems like utter stupidity to put in wall units with flashing lights for carbon monoxide?!?! Also rooms have cool lamps but again brainless to have lamps that have a bright light that stays on when main lights turned off. Very difficult to sleep with these lights on. On the plus side, the hotel has a cool vibe from design, fixtures. Staff were friendly and continental breakfast was very good.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago for a short friends weekend trip. Everything was exceptional. From the Valet staff to the front desk! The rooms were clean and tidy and well stocked with all we would need for the weekend. This is a must stay for anyone traveling to this area. It is located between beautiful Miracle Mile and Brickell. Will be staying here again in the near future!

the location is amazing ,it is close to downtown . I had some issue with payment during my check in ,pos machine didn’t recognized my both debit cards (probably it is because of both of them maestro ) that I understand ,but 2 colleagues were really not friendly ,not proactive and I can say that they were not comply the standard of Hilton Brand .I been waited almost 2 hours to be fixed the problem by myself ,even they said they don’t know when I was asking that where I am going to stay If they don’t have any solution .Unbelievable ! Special thanks for my hero the name is Vanessa !!! She is amazing ,she directly fixed my problem ,she is been used her credit card for me and this is I cant say thanks enough !!! big thanks ,special thanks for Vanessa !! you are very lucky to have her ,because she didn’t let me to sleep on the street .i really appreciated that a lot .…

This is an excellent hotel considering the location and facilities for the price. The rooms are huge - we had two very comfortable beds. The look of the whole hotel is sleek and modern with a lovely reception area where breakfast is also served along with a marketplace for snacks. All staff were really lovely and the pool area was bright for most of the day with towels and drinking water readily available. But the winner for us was the location of this hotel right by a trolley stop and a short walk from Brickell station. This meant we could get to the hotel easily from the cruise terminal then get to the airport very swiftly the next day. For dinner there are a few good Italian choices a couple of blocks away and we also visited the Brickell city centre during our stay which was a great afternoon out. First stay at this hotel for one night pre-cruise. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. Large TV with "welcome" message upon entering the room. We had some trouble with the TV but someone was there quickly to resolve it. We like to keep the fan on overnight for white noise but this was not possible and the A/C was quite loud, cutting off and on all night. Flushing from the plumbing upstairs was also quite loud so did not sleep well. Breakfast was fine and as expected ( like a Hampton Inn breakfast) and was refreshed often. There were a number of families staying that night so quite a few kids running around at the breakfast. As far as restaurants nearby, we walked about 2 blocks to a small but quite good Venezuelan restaurant

We decide to stay at tru by hiliton for the New Year and upon our arrival we were great with a smile by Mario. Mario was so Pleasant and courteous check-in was very easy and seamless. Our rooms was immaculate very clean and a welcome message was displayed on this TV screen I truly appreciate the friendly service with a smile that was provided by Mario he made sure that he covered everything and also madesure that we knew that he was available to help if we need it I am definitely pleased that we chose true by Hilton for our stay

Stayed here for one overnight on our way to Key West. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Room was clean, small and decently comfortable but adequate. Breakfast was unacceptable. There was virtually no staff manning the breakfast area, there was a very limited supply and variation of foods. No juice what so ever, no yogurts at all. Scrambled eggs were tasty but again not much there. The dining area was rather messy and unclean. Very disappointing for a Hilton.

Rented a room prior to going on a cruise. Was about 12 minutes from the port. This hotel is immaculate. We had a giant room with an awesome bathroom. You have to use valet parking which was an additional $35. Walking distance to some restaurants. The only downside is the pool was closed at 8:00. We had a nice view of the pool and city from our room.

This hotel popped up as a suggestion from our airline reservation to Miami which was very reasonably priced by a third party. Although the third party offered reservation management, I was unable to manage/edit our reservation. It did not function which made it very frustrating for me. Next time I will reserve directly with a hotel. Check-in was easy, very welcoming, and helpful. There aren’t many close restaurants within a short walking distance. We ended up taking a taxi then a return Uber back to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and our requested quiet room was quiet. The room was clean but on the small size.

This hotel has been one of the greatest locations I can recall since I’ve been at the continuation of my stays in Miami, FL. located within the newest trend of Brickell it’s been very accommodating in terms of the accessibility of convenience’s food and transportation. Most notably I appreciate the staff members at this location, which has been one of my greatest experiences at Hilton in general I can start of by saying that the employees and general managers have been phenomenal as it relates to the warm appreciation of customers concerns of hospitality and the level of integrity they bring to accommodate a customers needs.
