Elser Hotel is one of the Top Hotels we have recently visited. From the very centric location and many attractions around, to the reception on our arrival. We were impressed by the extreme cleanliness, the organization, the good taste in the decoration and the intimate and at the same time active atmosphere. The staff seems very dedicated and committed to their work, from the valet parking to the security team. We noticed a very active and dedicated cleaning staff and we were impressed by the help of the assistant manager Yuneikis who approached us to help and explain in detail the information, history and services of the Hotel, being very professional, spending time with us even when she seemed very busy in her duties. We always love discovering new places and enjoying safe and high quality stays. Definitely our next experience will be at Elser Hotel!!!!…
The service in this hotel was beyond belief! Everyone we came in contact with could not have been nicer or more helpful. We were upgraded to a suite that was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. I wanted to live there! The location is across the street from all the action. We were leaving on a cruise and could see our ship from our balcony. The Elser is the only hotel I will stay at in Miami from now on. I highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location, gym is spectacular. Rooms are spacious. Might need some more options on the food menu in the future. Lovely stay overall and definitely recommended. Staff is extremely good, always caring.
I travel many times through out the year . I stay at many 4 or 5 star hotels . I also manage hotels and other properties. I was amazed by this location from the very beginning. It it’s very posh , clean and service is 5 stars . I am already looking to book another stay here . The views from the rooms are amazing . This is a must stay even if you’re looking for a staycation nearby . This place is amazing !
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!! Can’t fault anything! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure!! Very spacious room with super comfortable bed, beautiful pool area and the gym was the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever seen!!! The staff were top notch too!! Alexander and Julio were our porters and Fernando organised our car to the cruise terminal!! Can’t remember the reception staff name but nonetheless every single person who worked there great at their job!!!
Stayed here for our sons college spring break. We had a 2 bedroom suite on 19th floor overlooking the bay. Overall, we had a positive experience. Views were breathtaking. Bayside marketplace is right across the street and so is the Miami-Dade arena. We attended a Heat basketball game and it could not have been more convient. Our unit had a wrap around balcony but no furniture. The bedrooms were very small with only enough room for a king size bed and very tiny night tables. There was literally about 12 inches between the foot of our bed and the wall. The bathroom were adequate but by no means large. It took me a few days to realize that there was a huge drawer below the sink so there is plenty of storage. Although we had a full kitchen, there were no pots and pans and no toaster. We like to fix breakfast when staying in a place that has a kitchen. Given that there is no restaurant on site the kitche should be fully appointed. We improvised and used the oven as a toaster and cooked our eggsin the microwave. Coffee maker is a single cup nepresso style. Coffee was always lukewarm . I wish it was a regular 12 cup coffeemaker. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Laundry detergent provided but no dryer sheets. The best part of the hotel is the roof top pool and bar. Light fare such as flatbread, Sandwiches and salads available at the bar. Could use more seating around the pool. The gym is very impressive and spans 2 levels with views of the city. It was never crowded. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Fernando at the concierge gets notable mention for going above and beyond for getting a basketball for our son to use at the nearby park. Speaking of park, parking was very expensive at $50 per day. Expensive but overall positive experience. We would stay again…
Our stay at The Elser Hotel was amazing. Staff very attentive to giving exceptional service. Jaramyah & Destiny great Frontdesk agents. Complete bell man staff awesome. If you coming to Miami perfect stay!.
We had the absolute best time. Our room was spacious and clean. It had everything you could need to be comfortable. THE BED WAS SOOOO GOOD. I feel like a cozy bed is the mark of a great hotel and I loved the bed and I am very picky with beds. The pool on the 10th floor was so gorgeous, spacious and fun, Our children loved it, it was safe and the 16 foot TV at the pool kept my partner entertained. Cant wait to come back.
The views are great, the pool is amazing and the staff is so kind!!! 10/10 from top to bottom! I was impressed with how large the studio style rooms were. The gym is has so much to offer and is just steps away from the roof deck. Can't wait to come back!
We arrived at the Elser at around 9:30pm on Sunday Feb 26,2023, after a terrible drive from the MIA airport that took almost 1 1/2 hours due to construction and an event. By the time we got checked in (after a 10 minute wait on 1 couple in front of us) and got to the room we realized it was 9:50. We contacted the front desk to find out there were no drinks, snacks or food in the hotel. They did not even have any vending machines. The front desk had recommended that we could walk to a McDonalds about a block away, but we looked and saw that it was closing at 10pm. The front desk then recommended a CVS pharmacy about 3 blocks away. We walked there and found some snacks and bottled water that we got for our dinner. The front desk had said that we could do an Uber Eats type thing, but we didn’t see any restaurants close to the hotel that were open and that we recognized. Every hotel we have stayed in typically has bottled water or a mini-bar in the room or vending machines or a convenience area where drinks and snacks can be purchased. The Elser had nothing. For a room that was almost $500 / night, it was incredibly frustrating to have to walk to a CVS to get something to eat. We had a 17th floor king bed room with an ocean view that should have been a wonderful room, but it was very unimpressive. The bedroom was so small that there was only a few inches between the edge of the bed and the wall. It was hard to get in and out of, and the carpet kept rolling up causing me to trip. They did not have nightstands by the bed but a very small shelf that I was barely able to get my CPAP machine on. My wife tried to put her cellphone on the small shelf by her side of the bed, but when she adjusted her pillow it knocked the cell phone off. There was no room for the luggage in that room either. For being on the 17th floor, there was a fair amount of street noise coming into the room. We had a minor spill in the kitchen area and couldn’t find anything to clean it up with. Later we found some paper towels hidden in an upper cabinet. When we got to the hotel we didn’t see anything on parking except for Valet, which was $50 per night. Based on what the Elser claims to be, we should have had a wonderful stay. As it was, it is one of the very worst hotels we have ever stayed in. …
