I have a five night stay at this hotel for Basel Miami. Obviously given the events, the hotel’s pricing is probably triple what is usual. But unfortunately, that’s what I’m basing my experience on. For $600/night, I’m greeted with weird noises every morning (video), an iron board that collapses each time I try to use it, a toilet seat that’s is broken and a few other things like chipped furniture. Basically, the rooms are not well maintained. The hotel pluses? The hotel is quiet for the most part, the food at the restaurant is good and the location is fantastic. Not worth the price during an event like this but I might consider their regular $200/night right with working necessities and no strange noises.
Great location, very close to restaurants in Brickell and great service and staff. Our Room was very clean, modern and bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool was nice, and had a bar with happy hour specials. You can also order food as well. Gym was ok, not huge, and had the bare minimum equipment for a quick workout.
Great hotel and service by Ce’Sar , Bianca, and Yerson on my stay. Definitely made my stay great and great customer service as well. With fast Easy Check-In. Love my room and view as well. Definitely will be back .
Had a decent stay however I don't feel that they really value guests with Status and that needs to be addressed. My status entitles me to an upgrade to the next category of there is spacd and a late checkout or early check in. At check in I asked regarding the upgrade but was told they only offer upgrades if paid and they don't offer any complimentary upgrades regardless of status. On the day of checkout I asked if I could keep the room for an extra hour to be told that I can but I would have to pay $100 as they don't give out status late checkout. I spend alot of time in Accor properties around the world and always feel valued no matter the brand be that high end or budget but I left this property feeling indifferent and also thinking at some point in the near future that some of the furniture in the room is ready to be replaced as some of it is quite bashed. …
Great service! All were really kind with the group. Great location too, it was easy to walk to restaurants or others. All arrangements fro the group were easy to make, the staff was helpfull in English and Spanish.
We were robbed in our room. That day not even a manager went to see us, must be quite common. When the police arrived the hotel´s security staff lied, saying our door had been left open. The thief accessed our floor directly from the street and left unchecked using the same service door. After 6 months of exchanges, during which the hotel´s management told us to patiently await for their insurance to activate, they finally went back and wrote they won´t assume any responsibility.
Beautiful property with great service and rooms. We stayed before a cruise. We walked to some excellent shops and restaurants in the area. We also had some good snacks by pool at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable with great view.
Besides traveling and always being a guest at Novotel. I have to say the staff is stellar to none. Arianna, goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always pleasantly nice, courteous with a great attitude. She also makes sure that my elderly mother is in good hands.
We held a two day business conference here and it was one of the best hotels we have worked with. They were enthusiastic, attentive and everything was executed perfectly. The conference was a great success. Special thanks to Cecelia and Waseem for being so helpful and a joy to work with. I hope we will be back!
Marciel is a top notch, professional bartender at Novotel. He truly takes care of every guest that he encounters. Even when the bar is crowded, he knows how to juggle the mad house. He maintains his bar clean and very neat. Keeps a calm demeanor when dealing with an outrage customer. I’ve been coming to this bar for over 4 years and he’s truly the best bartender at Novotel. Communication, respect, courteous with the clients. He’s passionate about his job!
