The stay was going ok, until my fourth night of a 2 week stay I come back into the room to find my belongings chucked in a corner, a woman in my bed, with the remainder of my belongings. This woman then started shouting at me in Spanish- my Spanish is very limited- but she was saying this was not...

I went there for dinner and drinks with my boyfriend and stayed for Bingo. We had a great time. Next time I travel to Miami I want to smuggle all my BBFs in my luggage so we can all hang out at night by the Freehand's pool.

The staff Lucas and Laura were great and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were sturdy and comfortable. The bar/nightlife was the place to be and the pool was so relaxing. The food was awesome. Definitely recommend this to my friends

This place was more than a hotel and that's just what we were looking for. The Broken Shaker serving the patio area has amazing drinks (they're just as pricey as the rest of Miami, don't be surprised!). It's a nice place to chill in the morning, hit up for happy hour before dinner, or come back to late night. The...

I stayed here last year as well for my birthday present to myself. This year's visit began with The Freehand telling me that they'd put me in a co-ed dorm. I distinctly asked for a female dorm.I even called ahead of my stay. They argued with me saying that the email said co-ed. I know how to book an accommodation;...

I met friends for drinks following a recommendation on the Broken Shaker, the bar inside. I found creative and delicious drinks in a relaxing welcoming atmosphere. Curious about the establishment I returned the next day to see the property and have dinner at "27". Again, amazing creative combinations in both the cuisine and drinks. The staff was excellent in their...

This is the 4th time we stayed at The Freehand Miami over the past 2 years, love the vibe and the staff has been great. Every previous experience was extremely positive until now. This time we tried to check in early, around 1pm but no rooms were available. We were told we would be texted or called when the room...

We stay at the Freehand Hotel in Miami often as a management team. Many people think it's strange that we choose a hostel for such an occasion, but it's perfect. The rooms are spacious enough and clean, but the best part is the food, common areas and overall vibe. It feels very authentic, energetic and fun. The food is some...

I visited the Freehand Hotel during my stay in Miami and enjoyed the fun exciting vibe it had! I didn't stay here since I was already at another hotel but other family members stayed there and they enjoyed it as well. Their room was much bigger than mines at my hotel but nonetheless it would be a place I would...
