We had a totally bad experience with this hotel March 2017. It felt like being in a 2-star hotel in Ibiza for drunk teenagers. Everything is worn out and absolutely way below the standard we expected. It was mabye allright hotel - many years ago...

Went to Miami early March and stayed here. Hotel is in the best location for walking down Lincoln and other hotels. Right on boardwalk too with access to beach. Hotel is small and different but nice and clean. Rooms need a huge overhaul and upgrades. Bathroom was so small and closet was huge.. not sure why lol The pool and...

My stay at the National was fabulous. From check in to check out, everything was seamless and done with a smile. The grounds and rooms are clean and well maintained. Service at the pool, bars, and beach were exceptional. The staff never said 'no' and really went above and beyond to get things done. Special shout out to Ricardo who...

stayed in the cabana rooms, nice bed, room with balcony on the 4th floor overlooking their long lap pool with palm trees..Service was excellent, everyone is welcoming. The beach chairs and staff were great. Plenty to do around, and all within walking distance. If not, taxi and uber available. Strongly recommend. Was quiet and a good choice.

We had an excellent visit at the National Hotel. The staff was enormously helpful, both at the beach and poolside. The beach area was lovely and the ease with which the beach staff set us up gave us an opportunity to immediately relax and unwind. There are two pools at the hotel, one warmer than the other. I am a...

We had two rooms - a cabana room and a room in the main building. Loved the balcony on the cabana room. Nice view of the pool and being able to look across at the tops of palm trees. The staff really tried to make everything perfect and it showed. Everyone was very friendly. The location was fantastic - just...

Arrived here WAY before our room was supposed to be ready, after a heinously early flight from New York. We'd been told beforehand we'd be welcome to spend the waiting hours at the pool or using guest privileges at the hotel's beach operation (in itself generous, since we technically weren't guests yet), but we were not only checked-in on the...

National Hotel is a great location right on Collins and beachfront. The hotel is beautiful, clean and service was very good. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Our room was a bit strange though in an exit stairwell hallway, I've never encountered this before. It offered extra privacy I suppose, but felt a little isolated. Mixed feeling about that?...

I would absolutely go here again! A couple of friends and I stayed here for four nights as a mini vacation to celebrate our milestone birthdays. Despite the time of year being typical college spring break, this hotel was a slice of peace and quiet. The front desk, concierge, and bell staff were perpetually friendly, attentive, and accurate. The hotel...

Took a quick break from the NY winter weather and headed down to The National Hotel in South Beach. The hotel is located in a great location on Collins Ave and offers beach access. The hotel offers two pools, a couple of bars and other amenities. Like most hotels in the area the rooms are rather small but are very...
