Hotel was clean. Nice restaurant and bar next door. It is in a great location and the check in and out process was very easy. The rooms and decor are VERY Art Deco to the point of almost outdated. Look at the pictures and you will know what to expect. I understand there may be a remodel in the future....

Bit overpriced according to the fact they are short before the reconstruction! No one informed us they are going to have reconstruction so shortly! Mini bar/ fridge was locked so I called the concierge to bring us the key (as I had some baby food to refrigerate). They never showed up even if they promised! So I went to the...

Great location at Lummus Park but the hotel is a bit long-in-the-tooth, dark and unattractive. Staff was friendly and helpful (the electronic key was maddening) and the room was clean, but very weak water pressure and thin walls. Overpriced even for this trendy area.

We stayed in the building next to the main building, in this building the apartments were converted into hotel rooms. Very spacious, old school deco, very polite and accommodating staff. Prime location because it's across the street from the beach but also away from the annoying Resturant workers that don't let you walk on the strip in peace. Good price,...

This hotel has a great facade and really does fit the Art Deco vibe of south beach. The location is really amazing, right on ocean drive and on the beach, walking distance to just about everything on south beach. The rooms are large, and the bathroom was also quite nice for a 1930's era hotel. The window was small and...

A friend and I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was disgusting. In particular, the bathroom had black mold everywhere! The room was small outdated, but acceptable for just using it as a crash pad. The refrigerator was locked, and required another key to open. This is a bit of an annoyance. The location was absolutely amazing, and made...

We spent new year at this wonderful art deco hotel in Miami, and enjoyed our stay very much! It was cozy, old but clean, a bit worn out but lovely hotel. It had historic feelings with all the old pictures on the wall, and we really enjoyed this. Personnel was exceptionally good and friendly!

Rudy and Lian were awesome. They smile and joke around which is great to see after a long drive. The location is right in the heart of south beach right across from the beach. The bed was very clean and comfortable. That being said it is an old hotel. So I expected old and wasn't disappointed when I saw that...

this hotel was a serious dump. old ,dingy, elevator tiles all gone, air conditioning deafening, tub fills with water. upon checkout the man at the front desk asked how our stay was, I told him this hotel was a dump and in need of a total renovation. He informed us that they will be closing in 3 weeks for a...
