The Cadet felt like home. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and took the time to have conversations with us and give recommendations on where to go. The courtyards are great for relaxing and dining. The "cozy" description of the rooms is accurate. We were in a cozy queen and it was definitely tight quarters, but that's to be...

There were lots of positives about the Cadet hotel but it was let down by two significant negatives. It is a comfortable hotel in a good location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was well furnished and the air conditioning was efficient and quiet. But our shower was only either tepid or scalding hot. It was not fixed...

Wonderful caring service, room touches are special: fresh rosemary, berries, delicious comfy bed. Front desk staff brews fresh coffee and delivered to room. On site very upscale restaurant with Michelin influence. Try the celery risotto- no kidding. Impressive wine list. Walk to beach, safe neighborhood. Two story, no elevator needed. We'll be back!! Note: small outside garden dining/ beautiful!

We consult trip advisor always in particular hotels and restaurants and based on the ratings we decided to make reservation for our 6 day stay. The staff is really very very friendly. The location is excellent; very central and some minutes walk to the beach and ocean drive restaurants. The garden where you can have breakfast and a drink in...

Nice boutique hotel. Staff helpful but one a bit arrogant, nothing serious just young, complained about number of bags he had to help carry and was a bit presumptuous through week, but other young man who checked us in was extremely helpful. Housekeeping could have been more helpful. Didn't replace soap, towels, unless asked, and did not sweep floors daily....

Very pleasant staff. Clean, lovely room. Perfect place to stay for a visit to the beach but just enough removed from the hurly burly to provide a little quiet. Breakfast was terrific (but not included in the price). The parking, although off-site and extra, was convenient. The Clark Gable connection (he was stationed there during World War II) was a...

I am currently at the Cadet for the first time. Fabulous. Great staff service. Wonderful French restaurant. Great Art Deco ambiance. Lovely sheltered outdoor area adjacent to the Bar. Small pool. Typically small South Beach rooms, but very comfortable. Wish I had discovered this excellent and unique property years ago.

This conveniently located hotel was just two blocks from the beach, and one block from Collins and Lincoln Road. It was cute, small, and quiet. Nothing fancy, but just what we were looking for during our weekend trip! I would recommend it to anyone! Will definitely be back.

From the moment we stepped into the front door of the Cadet Hotel to the time we had to leave, everything was better than expected. The front desk staff were some of the nicest and friendliest we've met, the housekeeping staff always had smiles and the general atmosphere was warm and welcoming all the time. Our room was very clean,...

This small, original and inviting gem is a rare find in the heart of SoBe with its pulsing nightlife. The staff is so friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were VERY comfortable with high count thread crisp linens. The outdoor area is lovely and private, like a secret garden. The restaurant serves gourmet...
