We stayed with a 2 year old and had a great time, lovely staff, nice clean spacious rooms and very central located. The price is very reasonable, I would recommend it to anyone, even with small children

Great hotel for the price. Great location. But they took a $100 deposit on my credit card and they never reimburse it. I called many times, the manager was never on duty, I sent many emails, got one email back saying that they will take care but they never did. So be careful.

Cute hotel in a great location. Rooms were nice and clean, nothing to be amazing by. Friendly and helpful staff. Lift is very small and a bit scary, I used the stairs haha. Overall happy with the stay and good value for money.

This hotel is centrally located on Collins which makes it a great place to be. I liked the parking the best, just a little underground garage below with about 12 spaces. It was the cheapest parking that we had seen on the strip. $25 per day. The room was big and had a safe and hairdryer, kichenette etc. They didn't...

First the new owners did a strange thing by closing the place for remodeling during December and January -- peak season. So, we could not stay there this time. Then, my inquisitive stepfather asked them why they would do that and discovered that they are converting it to a hostel. I am sure that someone who uses Hostels can write...

Hotel Eva is in the process of transitioning from a standard hotel to a member of Hostelling International. The result is my 2nd favourite US Hostelling International location. The location is unbeatable - right in Collins Avenue, literally across the street from the beach and the heart of the Art Deco district. The rooms are converted hotel rooms, boutique style!...

Perfect location. Room was nice and clean, plenty of space and a nice balcony to sit and city watch. Can't beat the price. Location was good, right in the middle of all that is Miami Beach. Would definitely go back.

We stayed Helloween night (10/31) at this hotel. The location could not have been much better. Central to everything. BUT especially Ladies beware there was NO DEAD LOCK on our room door!! Also the room did not have enough towels (for 2) and it did not have a blowdryer. Unfortunately we did not check the room right after our arrival...

The location is close to the beach and restaurants which is a +. The room we had had 2 queen beds, table and desk, large tv, closet space and a sink. No microwave or fridge though. The room was remarkably larger than expected but beware that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors upstairs stomping around. Try...

We tried booking a room in December this year as we would be in town for Art Basel Miami. I have made international calls several times for the past couple of months asking for the rates as I thought that the rates were rather reasonable and fair as we had stayed there previously. No one, not even the "Managers" could...
