This is a beautiful, quirky, immaculate hotel in a fabulous location. Service from the staff from check-in to the cafe is first class. Attentive and friendly. Our room was booked as Ocean view but we had a car park view. Quick visit to reception and the manager himself changed us and accompanied us to the new room to check it was suitable. It is a lovely hotel, possibly geared towards to the younger generation but us 50+ still enjoyed it. The pool area is pretty and the double day beds, large and very comfortable. Only two things I think worth mentioning - if you don't book a king room, the queen beds are up against a wall on one side making it difficult to enter/exit if sharing. At the weekends the pool parties with DJ mean you can't lounge on the daybeds - these are available to rent for a fee and you get asked to leave them at 11.30am. You can go to their part of the beach or an alternative hotel but I think as a paying guest you shouldn't have to pay extra to use the loungers in a hotel you are staying in or go elsewhere! Overall though, very happy with the hotel.…
The hotel is amazing. Great environment, very nice rooms, restaurant, amazing pool, staff etc. Pablo in the reception is the best. Very friendly and always with a smile in his face. I have being to a lot of hotels here in Miami but I felt in love with The Goodtime. It’s so welcoming ... congrats guys. Hope to be here again soon. Thanks for the amazing time...
The hotel is so cute and in a great location. The staff is so friendly - we checked in with Pio and he was amazing and started off our stay so well. The pool is fun and huge - I recommend staying at this cute little hotel :)
The customer service in the hotel was very good well done, And the comfort of the hotel was very good it felt like I was at home,Overall the experience of this hotel was excellent I’ll come back again
Wonderful AM yoga class with Loreto. Great energy and a wonderful way to spend my Friday morning. I didn’t expect anything because I didn’t look at the schedule. I was half an hour late and she allowed me to come in and work out anyway. She quickly created an express work out session. Amazing.
The hotel is amazing. Great vibe , ambience , very nice rooms, restaurant, amazing pool, staff etc. Josilin in the reception is the best. Very friendly and always with a smile . I have been to a few hotels here in south beach but the Good time exceeds customer service. Also, the pool staff Chris and ZG were ensuring I had a great time at the pool during the weekend. Can’t wait to stay here again!
My stay was amaZing, as usual after a long working shift The personnel is welcoming us in a unique way and thank you so much to PIO for all the good reccomandations. They are very positive and clean. Very good customer care full Of good vibes 😎
I checked in super late at night. Daiana was working the front desk, she was super pleasant especially after such a long day. A complete sweetheart who was welcoming and made the check in process a breeze. Thank you for your help!
Amazing hotel scent and general attention to detail. Loved how easy it was just to do your own thing or to get involved in everything. Private members club vibe meets hotel. Thanks Joselyn and team for the good time.
I really enjoyed this quaint, conveniently-located hotel. I travelled solo the first week of November (Mon-Thurs). I don't think I'd stay here on the weekend since it's a party hotel. If that's what you're looking for, then this is the place. Here are my thoughts: Pros: - Smells great! - No iron but the steamer works very well. - The decor is unbelievably beautiful. There is a lot to stop and look at to admire the small touches in the hotel and the room itself. I especially loved my bathroom. The phone on the wall works for incoming calls and it's so cute! - Friendly front desk staff - especially Sophia (Sophie?) who recommended a good place for lunch. - The bed is padded on two sides, making it convenient to watch television. - I had a great view (that I didn't request) overlooking the pool. - Two blocks from the beach (easy walking distance) and conveniently located to many attractions (Versace mansion, Ocean Drive, tourism books spots, restaurants, nightclubs, etc.) - Unlike the micro-rooms at Margaritaville in New York that I stayed at recently, this hotel got the bathroom right! If you have a guest, you can take a shower and there's a privacy curtain to separate you from a guest who may need to use the sink or toilet. - The walls are fairly thin so just hope you don't have newlyweds in the room next to you. I did and by morning I was exhausted...yet...impressed. Cons: - I stayed for three nights and never got proper housekeeping. On my first full day they came around 5 pm. I told her I was getting dressed for dinner and to come back later. She didn't. The next day I left my room around 9 am and saw housekeeping working two doors down. I thought, great! But when I came back around 3 they hadn't cleaned my room. I had to request a new trash bag that evening when I realized they weren't coming back. - The rooms are small or as they prefer to say ... cozy. Good for solo travelers (like I was) or couples. Traveling with a girlfriend? I'd recommend not sharing a room. - The refrigerator holds about 4 Red Bulls and nothing else. It sufficed for my leftovers but may not work for others. - Small rooms means one trash bin in the room. - The main areas are super cold. I sat in the library to work and it always felt about 55 degrees. - No soap rack in the shower to hold your products. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and recommend it!…
