We prefer smaller, boutique hotels & b & b's, so this was up our alley. Only 73 rooms - not spacious but well designed & most adequate. Large bathroom. Quality bedding & comfortable bed. For a small hotel, it still has a bar and rooftop swimming pool and bar. It is recognized as a small historic hotel & been remodeled...

Bare basics: bed, bathroom, generally clean. Affordable compared to other spots nearby. Overall, not very impressed though and likely would not stay here again. Sufficed for the one night I needed to be in Miami but otherwise, probably worth it to spend more on a larger room. Some "highlights" of my stay: 1) Desk staff had no ability to upgrade...

Overall, I would recommend, however, as I picked this hotel primarily on the good reviews on Tripadvisor, I feel some elaboration is in line. The hotel advertises the beautiful Spire Bar on its website. In fact it has been closed for months. My simple inquiry was met by "Oh, its closed", nothing else. My wife had trouble connecting to the...

Very nicely decorated with a wonderful staff. We had a lovely stay. The complimentary signature drink was very good and the bartender was a treat. The location can't be beat and it was very easy to wonder around and enjoy the charming architecture.

The location is in the action, but you can step away at the end of the night for a little calm. They have preserved the historic qualities of the building, and the Todd Oldham design and colors are so very soothing. Great, professional staff! Walking distance to everything! We will stay here again.

This boutique hotel in the Deco area of South Beach has much to offer. First thing to know, however, is that it is not on the beach. In fact it is an undertaking to get there. It was even harder last week when there was a huge fashion show set up between the hotel and the beach. There is a...

The rooftop pool has a great vibe and bartender, Lares, makes the BEST frozen mojitos. A great complement to sunny South Beach. Great location, rooms are solid. Staff is friendly. A little noisy but that is expected for all the hotels in this area.

This hotel was great - good service, great location really close to the beach but away fr.o.m. the most busy area- Ocean Drive. The roof-top area with a pool, bar and café with a view over the beach and the ocean was a calm and relaxing area in this pulsating area. We will definately come back!

It has been a pleasure to have you with us. We thank you very much for your great review. The Hotel of South Beach is indeed a gem. With our two buildings located on Collins Ave and Ocean Drive, we do have the best of both worlds footsteps away. Shops, restaurants, clubs, the beach... Thank you for pointing that out...
