We recently stayed here and was very pleasantly surprised. Reception staff were friendly and polite. Room was a very generous size with everything we needed. Good shower too!!! We liked the location as it’s a little bit further out from the main district and therefore...More
We have just spent 4 nights at Blanc Kara on Collins Avenue.
The hotel is situated at the quieter end of Collins Avenue, with great access to the beach. For us we are glad we stayed at this end as it isn’t a busy part...More
I found the stay in Blanc Kara with a mixed experience.
- Staff courtesy and help (including the beach towels)
- The concept of having a small hotel only adult couples
- The comfortably big shape of the room, including the kitchen
Because of a poorly scheduled flight, we got to South Beach at 7 am in front of the small boutique hotel. They let us store our luggage until check-in (3pm) after changing for the beach. Hit the beach and at noon came back. As the...More

When you first check in you are asked to pay a deposit of $100; if you don't damage anything or burn down your room you will get your money back on your credit or debit card. Our room was on the first level with no terrace. Rooms with terrace are on the second level and I'm not too sure if you had to pay a little more or not because I didn't have that type of room. Although, my room was on the first level I didn't have any troubles with hearing the people in the room next door, or in the hallway. The rooms are gorgeous, if you leave and do not wash the dishes the house keeper will wash them for you. Remember, you can walk to everything from this hotel it's in the shopping district just on the quite end. And, no matter where you stay eat at the Pink restaurant across the street the food is the cheapest in Miami Beach and worth your money.
