A really cool first class experience. Just a shame the weather was poor when we stayed . To wet and windy for the beach, however the three elegant deco style pools of varying temperatures were a delight. This is a beautiful Art Deco style Hotel which offers an exotic eastern atmosphere. .

Only spent one quick night at The Setai in a handicapped accessible room on the 5th floor at the end of the hallway. Room was extra spacious with a partial ocean view and partial building parking lot. The checkin process was quick and efficient, the room service was fast and of high quality. This hotel is in a great location...

The Pool and Beach by the boardwalk. We had lunch here twice since it was so good! When we sat down, they brought us cool, damp cloth napkins to use on our face and neck. They give you a basket of homemade potato chips and bread gratis. The first time I had a mojito and wife had the coconut melon...

Wonderful interiors, nice pools and spa and great dining experiences topped by exceptional customer service, especially Bruno and Elvis at the Pool and Ghalia at breakfast went above and beyond! The concierge Eleonor and Thomas were of great help and wonderful to talk with. Chapeau!

I've stayed in luxurious hotels around the world and The Setai is up there. The rooms are astonishingly appointed and designed with a Japanese flare that's elegant and soothing after a long day of travel. The location is right in the middle of Miami Beach yet the rooms and vibe of the hotel is calming (a plus for me). The...
