this place has everything you need. friendly staff, clean rooms, good facilities, and centrally located for south beach. its a little gem!!! its nothing super fancy but it ticks all the boxes. i would definitely stay there next time i am in miami!!!!

Rooms are large and clean looking but i already found some bedbugs which is a deal breaker for me.
There is free parking and i had no problem finding a spot for my rental.
Halls are very cold and ac works fine
