Everything about this hotel was top-notch. First off, our room was ready way before check-in and even if it had not been, we could have used the hotel and pool at our leisure. The staff was friendly. The premises were well kept. We even got a room upgrade! They also knew it was my wife's birthday and when we got...

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Raleigh. From valet, check-in, housekeeping to restaurant staff, all provide good service. Strawberry Pancakes was our favorite item on the breakfast menu. We enjoyed Saturday by the pool. The location was perfect for walking to Art Deco Area, Lincoln Rd, South Beach etc... Preferred the beach walkway to Collins Ave. The standard...

I'm from Miami and decided to try the Raleigh for a staycation. If you wanna feel like a celebrity for a few days, you gotta stay here. This hotel captures the essence of the historic art deco district without the south beach attitude. The GM Gilberto Garcia-Tuñon along w his staff made me feel like I was a guest in...

This review is LONG over due! About 8 of us were there for my friend's bachelorette party in April for the day and it could not have been a more awesome experience. Amanda Rogelio (along with the manager I forget his name!) was extremely attentive and made sure we were taken care of. It had been a while since I...

The staff and servers around the pool area and pool deck harass you regarding bringing outside snacks and food, and drinks. Their menu prices are outrageous, to say the Least. I will never stay there again. They were rude and crude about the whole thing.

Dear David C, I am sorry to read about your review and know that my management team had spoken to you about this while you were at the pool. Just like in most high end hotels, we don't mind if you bring in your snakes, however, we can not allow you to order outside fast food into our public areas....

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and was made to feel welcomed at The Raleigh. Amanda and the entire pool staff were very, very friendly and most attentive. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other and looked like the all really enjoyed their jobs.

We had a small family vacation at the hotel. We stayed at the hotel in the late 60's and it was great to come back. The personalized service was top notch. Starting with the front desk staff everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. From helping my Mother navigate the steps...

Dear Barbara0078, It is so great to read a review from a guest who has experienced the property from back in the 60’s and happy to hear that all went well and that my team was able to, not only provide you with an upgrade, but ensure the extra steps were taken to make your months stay more comfortable. Fernando M really help us find the perfect place for our perfect, relaxing South Beach Vacation. My mother was able to get up super early, enjoy the pool and beach while we were in walking distance to the wonders of Sobe nightlife. Love the lobby book collection, went for some good reading by the pool.
