We stayed at a few hotels during our road trip but this was by far the best. It's in a quieter location but walking distance to the estuary and south beach area. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight from Vegas and the owner was very accommodating by letting us have the room early and providing us... More

We loved everything about Hotel St. Augustine! We travel with our small dog so location was everything for us. The hotel is very close to the beach but far enough away from the chaos of Ocean Dr so it wasn't loud at all. There's a nice variety of restaurants and stores within walking distance and we even stumbled across a... More

My friend and I stayed in Hotel St. Augustine overnight due to a layover leaving early the next morning. No elevator, but only two floors. We both had rather large suitcases, so an elevator would've come in handy, but it was fine. Room was okay. Toilet and shower were in separate areas which allowed for multiple people to use it... this hotel was very nice, but it seems as if they haven't updated all of the rooms, The staff were super nice and friendly, espeically James, and the continental breakfast in the lobby was enjoyable. The hallways and the rooms are what made me rate this average, but the location and proximity to everything is Excellent!

Thank you for your kind words . I would very much appreciate it if you would contact me to see which room you stayed in , as all the rooms were upgraded at the same time and the hallways were the most recently recarpeted . Thanks again for your constructive words. More

We were welcomed upon arrival and had all we needed. Our room was surprisingly well appointed. Parking for free was a big plus. Closeness to all that Miami Beach has to offer was great. We only stayed one night and was sorry we didn't stay longer.

Thank you for your review Nicole ! I must clarify one thing for our past and future guests though , parking is $ 20 plus tax per night ( $21.40 total ). The cheapest in South Beach - self parking- with unlimited in- and- out privileges. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. More

St Augustine is a small friendly hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. It is housed in a small building which has an Art Deco facade. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with great advice about the area, they directed us to the nearby South point area where you can watch the cruise ships depart at 5pm. Great to see and very... More

My girlfriend and I love to get away for weekend staycations on South Beach. It gives us a chance to unwind and experience a bit of us time. We picked the Hotel St Augustine mostly for its proximity to the beach (three blocks), our favourite restaurants, and the reasonable price. The added bonus was the amazing customer service from the... More

This place has pros and cons and, overall, we very much enjoyed staying here. Firstly, the location is excellent, in the sought after South Beach area, but certainly in its nicer corner, and just a few blocks from the beach itself. The hotel itself is in a nicely restored Art Deco building; very clean, good bed and bathroom and beach... More

I only stayed here for a night on a weekend trip to Miami. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean and spacious. I loved their steam shower! It was fairly close to a lot of restaurants and things to do, but my favorite perk was that it was only 2 blocks away from the beach!... More

Thank-you for your kind words the staff really appreciate them. I would like to add to your comments about parking in South Beach . It is very hard to find and expensive , especially valet parking !
