One thing I recommend is reading the low ratings first. What is included in them is so accurate of this hotel. Listen, I totally get it. This hotel, like most Miami Beach hotels, bank on the location. So they can do the bare minimum and not totally get dinged as a business. Our experience was not great. First, the check-in process. We checked in on Sunday. Our flight arrived early so we did a pre-checkin to get access to the facilities - pool, beach, etc.. When it came time do our check-in during the actual check-in time (4pm), we were told our room wasn’t ready with just the explanation from staff that they’re still cleaning rooms. We expressed our frustration and told the front desk we had dinner reservations at 7pm. They promised us we would be in no later than 5pm. We checked in again at 5pm and they still told us it wasn’t ready. And that for sure it would be ready by 6pm. Again, 6pm rolled around and the room still wasn’t ready. They could not offer an explanation for it. By 7pm, we were fed up and went back to the front desk and after demanding we get our room, we finally got a key. That’s 3 hours after check-in. Second, customer service was terrible. We were staying as 4 guest. When we arrived into our room, we did not have enough towels for 4 guest. And since you don’t get room cleaning (unless staying more than 4 days), it was so hard to get fresh towels. When we tried to call customer service, no one would pick up. We would go down to the front desk and ask if they could send up towels. They told us 15 minutes. We waited over an hour and a half for towels to get us. We called customer service 4x, and each time they just kept telling us someone is coming up. Besides towels, we barely had enough shampoo, conditioner and soap for 1 person let alone the 4 guest. Additionally, if you want any type of room service - good luck because they don’t ever pick up. Third, we kept finding thumbtacks on the floor like it was falling off some piece of furniture which we didn’t know which. One of us stepped on it twice, pin side up. And they kept appearing on our floor out of nowhere. When we approached the front desk, they wouldn’t even acknowledge it was a problem and berated us for not reporting it sooner. This is a hazard! Other things about this hotel - no AC in the elevator or hallways, and it does get rowdy in the evenings and you can hear the guest next to you. The balconies don’t provide much privacy to the guest next to you, so be careful. Listen, the proximity to pool and beach are great. But it’s smarter to spend your money elsewhere - this is motel pretending to be a 5 star hotel.…
I LOVE the Nobu Rooms, they are everything. BUT the staff is what impresses me! They go above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of...even when the pressure is on! My all time favorite is Gabee, my absolute favorite beach server. She is a dream and makes life on the beach everything!
A great time had at Eden Roc on the beach ! Cool people, great service, trendy place with really nice amenities. This place is the best place on the beach. Can’t wait to come back for my birthday at the end of the year and celebrate :)
This hotel rates itself as a four star however they are really a 2 star hotel. They refuse to clean the rooms more then every 3 days. This is not advised upon booking but told to guests in a welcome letter as they are checking in. They claim they can’t get help however I have spent the last two days on the grounds of other hotels and they have plenty of staff to assist their guests. The hallways are filthy and theirs is no air conditioning in the hallways or elevators. In summary the hotel is being rundown die to lack of maintenance and the service is not on par with a “ 4 star hotel “
I had some clients relocated from this hotel to another one when calling this excuse for a hotel I only get an answer from reservations from a person that bearly speaks english and has no information about the case, she and the hotel reservations agent I talked to can only do so much to transfer me to the frontdesk were they only pick up the phone and hang up. If THIS is the way they handle costumer service over the phone trust me there is no way the service gets better at the actual hotel. The reservations for my client were also paid up front and confirmed and I am still trying to get someone from the hotel to inform me of what happened DISGUSTING... dont come and if you are a travel agent dont reserve you will lose bussiness
