We stayed at the hotel for valentines and we were very pleased with all the staff in general, they make us feel really comfortable and particularly Jessica and Ana's attention at the front desk was amazing, i definitely recommend this hotel, it's in a great location at the heart of south beach,2 blocks from the beach, the rooms are really nice...

The hotel was just perfect for me and my cousin. Customer service was great. I will choose this hotel again. Down the street from everything. Two seconds from the beach you can just walk over. Chairs came with your stay. Everything was just lovely!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, while it was very clean and the staff was wonderful.!!! My room was facing the street and that made impossible to get a good night sleep, the cars and noise from the restaurants. I was very unhappy about that. Also I ended up with a rash on one side of my neck,...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and found this to be a nice place to stay close to good restaurants, shopping and the beach. Although the road was under construction, I didn't find it disruptive as the work was done during the daytime. The hotel offers great coffee and a small patio that overlooks the street. This was...

We thank you for your feedback Arlene! Our hotel is ideally located a few steps to all major points of interest in Miami Beach, including the beach. Right on our ground level we host 10 different restaurants to choose from with world class cuisine, ambiance, "al-fresco" seating and excellent service. Indeed the City of Miami Beach is improving our infrastructure...

We stayed for a quick weekend get away, Prices were reasonable, Room was clean and well designed, The Service at the desk was excellent, more than happy to hold bags until our flight time. Location was ideal with many restaurants close by and being able to sit the balcony near the coffee station meant you could over look the street...

Hi Adrian and thank you for your kind review. We are very proud of our hotel, our clean and well appointed rooms and our team members. Our team focuses on meeting and exceeding our guests' expectations. Our location is indeed a great asset. We are steps away from Ocean Drive, Collins Ave and Lincoln Rd. But far away from the...

This hotel isn't designed for sleep or service. The road outside of the window is under construction, the men start work around 7 am. You can hear the toilets flush from other rooms and the fire alarm has an annoying flash over the bed wear I am sleeping. The windows could use some dark out curtains or blinds, this might...

Hi Glenda and thank you for your comments. Please accept our apologies for the street noise. As you may know, the City of Miami Beach is conducting some infrastructure improvements. These improvements are essential to improve, not only the experience of all our visitors, but also the integrity of our districts. We understand city work can be disruptive, noisy and...

The hotel is a bit South Beach funky, but if you can get a room off the street it's very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is on popular Espanola Way which is a dining Mecca for many, it's packed every night. One hint, Pano Vino, currently Miami Beach's top rated restaurant is around the corner!

We are delighted to house Pane e Vino on our ground level! One of Miami's best Italian restaurants with amazing freshly made pasta. Pane e Vino is one of our many superb restaurant choices. Our rooms are comfortable and much larger than your typical South Beach Art Deco hotel room which options for those that enjoy partying like a rock-star...

My wife and I were looking for a hotel that was conveniently located at a good value to stay before our cruise. Hotel el Paseo offered so much more. Conveniently located right on charming Espanola way with 6 great affordable choices to dine right on the same block. Tapas y Tintos aside from good wine and tapas offers one of...

I stayed at the El Paseo hotel for a week. It was a great hotel and I would recommend to anyone. It is in a great location, 5 minute walk to ocean drive and Lincoln road. The road the hotel is on has a great atmosphere with restaurants around, I would recommend the Mexican, Cuban and Brazilian! The staff at...

We stayed in the one bedroom suite, which was very spacious and clean. The decor is 60s retro in a Spanish style building. The retro furniture is only marginally comfortable. It was very nice to have a kitchenette and table with chairs. If you are unable to sleep in a noisy environment, you'll need to request a rear-facing room. Our...
