For the money we paid we could have stayed in a much better place. There is rust on everything. Goodwill price tags on the pictures on the wall. Dust on everything. Bed was comfy, but everything else was so bad. Couldn't bring myself to take a shower. Hung my bags on the doors, because I didn't want to leave anything...

I stayed in two different rooms in a weeks stay and both rooms are completely horrible. The second room I stayed in has mold growing inside the AC unit and it smells horrible with it turns on and it spits out back stuff. The staff is rude and incompetent, The cleaning lady took all my towels and didn't bother to...

This hotel is the worst I have been in hotels all over the planet no washcloth the iron is broke the TV has so much static is not worth listening to or looking at. I had an early flight into Miami and I requested for the early check-in they wanted to charge me $35. I asked for microwave and refrigerator...

If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, then this is an OK option. Room was clean, but showed signs of a lot of wear. Highway noise was very loud. Breakfast was disappointing. Tried different time slots several mornings to see if there were more options; choices were few. There was cereal, waffle mix, bread, mini bagels and...

To start, I stayed in this hotel from December 28th 2016 tp January 5th 2017. We were on a budget so we came across this hotel, which to me seemed pretty solid when seen on the internet. It does not offer shuttle so you have to arrange taxi transportation or install apps like Uber or Lyft to get you to...

This was by far the nastiest place I have ever stayed! We were looking for a place to just sleep for one night before we headed to the Keys, we did not sleep. We had reserved a king room, we were told on arrival that they had sold out, when we expressed disappointment we were told we could go elsewhere,...

First of all, its a ghetto area. You don't feel secure and front desk stuff are super rude. I was waiting for 4 hours to check in just because I made a reservation with my husband's last name on top of my full name. Had to make so many calls to change a reservation just so I could be able...

I booked a room in this inn to spend the winter break here. I asked the front desk to set the safe in the room. They told me the password for the safe in all rooms are 1111 and cannot be changed!!! And they charge you for this service! On the second day the bathroom door got stuck, and we...

My family found the hotel to be decent. The staff at the counter are a little slow and a line tends to form, but other than that everything else was good. We had a clean room and simple breakfast. As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel is located right off the interstate. The noise didn't bother my family, but...

Where to begin. Our vehicle was broken into on the first night. After telling the staff and the supposed security person both we're rude and in accommodating. Neither offer to assist with calling the police and the security person even said that the security camera in the parking lot wasn't even worth looking at. I definitely got the feeling that...
