Hotel's Favourite
We always try to stay at Hiltons being diamond members. This hotel was a fine location not being far from clearwater or st pete. There were plenty of restaurants to walk to. About the hotel - staff was great, everyone we talked with super friendly and helpful. Hotel literally on the beach, which was awesome. They do have a pool, it was smaller but nice. Love that they had an on site restaurant…food was great, view was awesome of the water. And the tiki bar was lovely, very tropical feeling and good drinks. Kids already want to go back for another spring break!

Very disappointing! Diamond level means nothing here! They sell their upgrades prior to arrival to the first takers of their e-mail so don’t expect any free upgrades or any recognition of HH Diamond status! The room is clean & comfortable but the hotel itself is worn & weathered. The pool is very small. We choose this hotel based on trip advisor reviews but are now regretting our choice. The beach is amazing!! The staff are all very nice & friendly. The city view rooms are very loud from the street noise. Oh well…live & learn. Should of booked the Hilton for the same amount of points!!

Being a beachfront property during spring break we have had our gulfront rooms booked pretty far in advance. We will always have so much appreciation for our diamond members and are always happy to offer upgrades whenever possible. We will be undergoing a property renovation beginning in September of this year, so hopefully you will be able to come visit us when it is complete. We hope to see you then!

This hotel goes above and beyond. Front desk staff is super helpful, the free cookies are an added bonus! We had a balcony, 6th floor, Ocean view, and worth every penny! Beds are comfy, room is very clean, view is amazing. The bar and restaurant attached is very reasonably priced for a hotel, and the tiki bar by the pool and beach is convenient. Cabana rental for the day was only $35.00! The beach is literally steps from your room. The pool was clean and had towels available for hotel guests. Water bottles are supplied to rooms by housekeeping daily if you ask, sometimes they will knock and ask if you need anything. Anything purchased at hotel can be charged to your room. There is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to John’s pass or Clearwater, depending on what way you want to go. $5.00 round trip all day. Also found out that there is trolley service that will take you to and from the airport. Much cheaper than Uber.. we did Uber to and from the airport which was cheaper than renting a car and also did not have to pay to park and the trolley system made it easy to get anywhere on the coast. Would definitely come back. The beach is beautiful, nice soft white sand. And if you’re looking for an amazing restaurant within walking distance, go to Burrito Social! Food and drinks were fantastic!!!…

Our room was comfortable, overlooking the ocean, providing a great relaxing vibe. The restaurant is reasonable and there are other good eateries near by. Lori at the front desk graciously secured the room that we requested. The weather in February can be a little cool in the mornings but good for walking on the beach.

Look no further! It’s a one stop shop for all your needs. Beach is literally right there! Will definitely go back when I am back in the Tampa Bay Area. The rooms were clean, restaurants on site, and private beach - can’t beat that!

Front Desk check-in simple, parking great and the beach view at sunset is amazing. Friendliest resort I’ve been to. Not just hotel but restaurant staff to tiki hut servers. We prefer the beach view side but if you want to save a little money Street side view is interesting also. Will be back. Third stay in the last 12 months!

We had our Beach Wedding at this location, ceremony and reception and both were absolutely mesmerizing! All of this was possible thanks to the exemplary hospitality team at this location, from the front desk, housekeeping, management and last but not least our amazing wedding coordinator Marie. She is simply the best. We received only the very best of service from the Double Tree by Hilton - N. Reddington Beach, FL. Our families and guests all decided to make our wedding a mini vacation by booking a weekend stay and they were more than pleased. The location was great and the amenesites were extraordinary. Not only was our wedding at this hotel a beautiful event, our stay was welcoming and pleasurable.

This Doubletree is certainly dated and hasn't received a major renovation in a while. It's got that old mildew/mold smell, which kept our family up coughing all night. You can smell smoke on several floors. It could benefit greatly from a good gutting and deep cleaning. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly, and the location/proximity-to-beach is great. The restaurant is much the same. The food is sub-par, but the staff I very good. I don't think we'll be going back because we stopped by the Hilton Garden Inn at St. Pete Beach, and it was significantly nicer, with a great restaurant. Yes, it's more expensive than the Doubletree, but the quality you get from a modest price increase is well worth it.
