Positively perfect for our family of three. Great on site amenities, very large standard room, quiet and comfy. There is a kitchenette in the room and laundry is near by. The buses are not far from the lobby and all staff were incredible. If you stay with younger children make sure to make good use of pool and splash area,...

We have stayed at both the Jambo House and Kidani Village before, and even though I have to admit the views from the Jambo house are indeed better, the rooms, service, and detail are still amazing at Kidani. the DVC Kidani's main structure is significantly less grandiose than it's sister's, Jambo, which was designed by the same architect who was...

This is my first trip advisor review. I travel 250,000 miles a year. Am Platinum/Gold on several hotel chains like Accor / Starwood - basically a real regular traveller. I've had bad service experiences with other hotels, but I've never put up a review as I understand that sometimes things just go wrong. However I am currently with my family...

My husband and I have been DVC members for years and decided to try this resort for the first time. We did not know there would be such a big difference between the Villas at Kidani Village and the Jambo house resort. First of all, we requested a quieter room with a savanna view. We got the view but the...

Did a split stay here between poly, kidani and Jambo this trip. I was again reminded why I love this resort so much. Yes it is a little out of the way and you rely on the bus system more but that only adds to it. You don't even feel like you are in Florida - it could be a...

When we first stayed at Kidani Village, I wondered if I'd like it. It's far away from all the Disney parks except Animal Kingdom. The food is different, of course it is, it's an African resort. I was supposed to be able to see some animals from our room. Well let me tell you, it's a family favorite. Here's why:...

Wow!!! We stayed in a studio room for 4 days, it had a small kitchen with utensils included. The hotel was undergoing renovations but we didn't see or hear any noises. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Fantastic service. You do have to walk a lot to get to your rooms, but worth it 100%. We saw animals every day all day....

We stayed 8 nights over March break at Kidani. The kids threw the drapes open every morning to discover something new and/or wild on the savanna. They even saw an ostrich chasing two gazelles one morning! Morning or Night, the views here are amazing. Many complain it is too far from the Disney action but this is the PRINCIPAL reason...

Kidani Village is, hands down, one of the best hotels on Disney property. Don't get me wrong, all of the hotels are superb, but Kidani Village is amazing. First, the ambiance, wow! When you walk in you are instantly transported to somewhere else. The decor and lighting and overall layout of the lobby is beyond appealing. The main appeal is...

Just had a great stay at Kidani village. Only a short two night stay so didn't really get around a lot . Room was nice standard Disney, but to have animals outside your window every morning was unique and great if you have little kids. They wake up excited and can't wait to look out the window to see what's...
