One of my worst hotels I have ever visit.Front desk they are not helpful when we arrive at 2 pm to keep us till check in time 4 pm that’s not the issue the issue that we have to remind them when we can take our room Alison in front desk .they did not have customer service to follow up the check in for pending guests coming 16 hour flight .no hotel breakfast just they give u coupon for Applebee’s breakfast which the worst buffet only they service eggs pancakes and beacons .poor breakfast choice and poor hygiene u can see carbage basket in guests area and u smell the carbage while eating.plus the rooms away from receiption so I have to walk with luggage to your room .swimming pool area like sewage area.it’s cheap accommodation but comfortable stay .if u donot speak Spain’s donot go as all room service no English …

Did not disappoint! My room was very clean and everything worked properly. Was walking distance from restaurants and some stores and 1 mile away from Disney Springs. Staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions. I will say do not eat at the Applebee's attached to hotel. Food was not good and our poor server had a hard time getting drinks from bartender and they weren't busy.

Absolutely amazing Tiki Bar♥️🙂. The drink experience at the bar was great. There is nothing like having a drink at the bar while kids are enjoying at the pool. Loved the experience. The room and service was wonderful too.

Booked this holiday through virgin great price for 2 weeks, was a bit worried regards to some of the reviews after booking. On arrival we had booked 5 rooms but only 2 were ready. Our kids suite wasn’t ready and we waited about an hour this wasn’t to much trouble but after a 9 hour flight you want to have a sit down. Room was very good. Had dove products shampoo/cond/body wash and lotion. Hair dryer was rubbish. All areas of hotel were clean and tidy. Room was clean. Had everything we needed fridge coffee machine and microwave. Pool area was great, pool warm, free towels. My daughter absolutely loved the pool especially on a night it was so warm. We had drinks and pizza from Uber eats round the pool on a night. Pool has a tiki bar which we didn’t use apart to order dinner from when having a pool day, toasted sandwiches fries was pretty expensive at about $47 with a beer but we only had that one day. Other days went next door to subway (subway was not clean!) or 7/11 or Dunkin’ donuts. Chic fil a is directly opposite and a McDonald’s was newly opened while we was there opposite (service and food at that McDonald’s was poor). Absolutely loved chic fil a! Hotel shop everything was double the price. We just went next door to 7/11 and on a night took a stroll to dollar tree which is massive and has absolutely everything. There was a friendly bar guy at the tiki bar my brother chatted with him about football he gave good service. Our rooms were made up with fresh towels everyday. Free shuttle to parks is great to save money. Drops off at AK, Hollywood S and Epcot but it only picks up from Epcot. I would say the only thing I didn’t really like about this hotel was how busy the roads were directly outside the hotel. It was like putting a zebra crossing on a motorway was crazy. We are not used to that in the UK. The whole family had a great time here. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if ever visiting Disney. Also when getting a taxi or Uber there are 3 holiday inns really close to each other make sure you say the one nearest lake Bryan…

Great pool bar. Lisa is the best bartender and so friendly! There was a DJ that was excellent. We had food that came out in the fastest time. Everything was clean and neat. We will definitely be back again!!!
