Had a really nice stay but room #204 in the Phillips House had an old, non supportive mattress. Was also at the back of the building along the highway but the noise was not so bad and we were able to sleep. Service was great and the grounds and location are excellent. Would return again but only if we were...

First the good...convenient location to downtown Orlando. Very attractive courtyard, around which three of the buildings are located. Interesting late 19th century buildings. Breakfast room seems very historic, which some historic paintings. Front office staff friendly and helpful. Nice to be able to ask for a glass of wine. They advertise a continental breakfast, so maybe I shouldn't expect a...

Last Fall my wife and I were bike riding through Orlando and stumbled upon this quaint B&B. It must have been slow for them because the girl behind the counter gave us 3-4 keys to look at rooms in different buildings on site. We particularly loved a room in the building in the back with a beautiful outside balcony that...

Hi Steve, I'm very sorry that your experience here with us wasn't a pleasant one. We only move people around if there's a major maintenance issue in a room or another factor beyond our control. When we do though, it's always to an upgraded room. The room we moved you to was a premium room in the Dr. Phillips house....

I love the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne. I stay here every year for Spring Training - it's quiet but a short walk to a ton of bars and restaurants, and easy on and off the highway. The rooms are great and so is the breakfast. It's right next to the historic Dr. Phillips house, and a few blocks from the...

We've stayed here on multiple occasions and keep coming back. The warmth and charm of the property, friendly and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast, complimentary happy hour, the ideal location all add up to us being a repeat guest. Of course the buildings are older but that's what takes away the "hotel" feel of your stay. Instead, you feel like you're...

We had a wonderful experience at this inn. The customer service, happy hour, breakfast, and overall warmth of the facility was wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The inn is also located walking distance to entertainment/restaurants.

The Wellborne literally became our home as we booked an extended stay while we renovated our home. We chose the Wellborne for it's apartment-like layout. The beds are comfy and the layout is perfect. I've lived in Orlando for over 20 years and can tell you that it is the perfect location-- it's in the midst of downtown, yet it's...

Spent 2 nights here recently - went to see Cedric & Friends at Amway Center. On website appears to be a Marriott but it isn't. Quaint place off the beaten path that could benefit from signage; you can get lost from your room to breakfast! LOL Pleasant staff who did their best to be accommodating. Allergy sufferers beware - cats...

I had my wedding ceremony and reception here. Also most of my family and my now husbands family stayed here as well. Nothing was short of perfect. Rafael was such a pleasure to work with and the venue was so magical. I recommend this as a b&b and wedding venue to anyone.

I recently stayed at The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne. Although it was a little difficult to find, I was very happy once I arrived. I love big spaces and that's what you'll get when you stay at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne. Big living area with plenty of room for the entire family. Bedroom had it's own TV and the...
