Overall this is a very nice place to stay on Disney property. Like all of the Disney properties the rooms are extremely overpriced for what you actually receive in the hotel room itself. What you are paying for is to stay on Disney property, the extra magic hours in the theme parks, the free tranportation and the Disney service. The...

We stayed here in December and were immediately impressed with the gorgeous lobby. The huge fireplace and Christmas tree were grand. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was helpful and check in was quick. Our room was average size and clean. Beds were comfortable enough. We always waited on average 20 minutes for buses. We did drive...

Recently stayed here for 4 nights as an anniversary/RunDisney trip. It was absolutely outstanding! We arrived late, and the check in process took a total of 10 minutes tops. We were greeted by a cast member with an IPad as soon as we got out of our car! Our bags were delivered to room almost instantly, and the whole check...

What a fun hotel theme!! The hotel is gorgeous as is the pool! Loved being able to take a water taxi to the Magic Kingdom. Our room faced the lake and we could watch the Wishes fireworks show at night from our balcony. Disney will forever have my business because of our second night there. After too much sun and...

My first stay at club level at the Lodge and I must say it was without question the best experience that my family has had. The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Breakfast, then afternoon snacks, then wine and cheese and last in the evening it's desert and cordials. All this comes with the reservation, Then when it's time to go...

We went to Disney in late September and decided to do one of the Deluxe hotels for this trip. We had previously stated at Port Orleans Riverside and an off site condo. The hotel is gorgeous and well decorated. The rooms themselves were nice but I wouldn't say outstanding. They were pretty traditional rooms. We were overlooking the pool or...

The Disney Wilderness Lodge is everything they advertise it to be - rustic looking, while not rustic living. The hotel is cozy and comfortable. This was our first time staying at the Wilderness Lodge and it did not disappoint. The lobby is more grandeur that what pictures or YouTube can show and makes for a great introduction when checking in....

What a great stay at Disney's Wilderness Lodge! Our bed was so comfortable after long days at the parks. Transportation was convenient. The room was not huge, but we spent little time there anyway. Thanks Disney!

We just spent 7 nights at the Wilderness Lodge, and our experiences ranged from good to excellent, depending on the amenity at the hotel. For the most part, the staff is really helpful, if occasionally a bit lacking in basic information. We called the front desk once to ask about transportation back from another park, and the attendant's response wasn't...

I selected this hotel because of the great reviews it had on several travel sites. However, it's typical Disney. The hotel lobby is pretty grand and the landscaping is neat. However, the rooms seem to be in a standard format. Their is nothing ritzy about them. In fact, the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. I guess when I pay the...
