My family and I checked into the Lodge on Labor Day and stayed for the week. This is our 3rd visit to the Wilderness Lodge. I have always given my boys the choice of where to stay, and they always pick this one. We were again given a room upgrade to the woods view bunk bed room. The boys really...

Family oriented, plenty of activities, shuttles via land and water readily available to take you to Magic Kingdom. On site eateries, great pool, fantastic parade on the lake at night. Room was clean and well appointed. My granddaughter thought it was Super-Duper awesome! She loved the lobby and the gift shop (so did I!) Service was up to Disney standards.

We stayed at Wilderness Lodge for 7 days/6 nights at the end of August. We have previously stayed at Caribbean Beach (2005),Port Orleans French Quarter (2009), and Coronado Springs (2011). We decided to upgrade to a deluxe resort this time, especially after reading all of the wonderful reviews of the Wilderness Lodge. If you have ever stayed at a Great...

We loved the Wilderness Lodge. The pool was awesome. My daughter didn't want to leave to go to the parks. The restaurants in the lodge offered great food selections and the staff, besides one unfortunate experience, was nice and helpful. We loved the convenience of taking the boat to The Magic Kingdom. It was a very short and smooth ride....

We have stayed at several of the Disney properties (value resorts - all star movies; moderate - port orleans riverside; port orleans french quarter; deluxe resorts - animal kingdom lodge and, now, wilderness lodge. We chose the wilderness lodge this time because so many of our friends love it. Mention of the boat that takes you directly to magic kingdom...

We stayed at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge for 12 nights, commencing 06 July 2013. The hotel: A good size, not too large, not too small. It is located in the Magic Kingdom zone of Disney hotels, so park accessibility is very good. In particular, the boat ride to the Magic Kingdom really adds sparkle to this hotel. The theme and decor...

I have been travelling from Ireland to Walt Disney World for our annual vacation for the past 8 years. During that time I have stayed predominately at The Wilderness Lodge. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are well equipped, and the house keeping staff do a great job cleaning and occasionally surprising us with all the hand...

When one stays at a Disney Resort, one has high expectations. I debated 3 vs 4 stars on this rating, and ended up choosing 4, though please think of this as 3.5 or so. Mainly, we chose this hotel because a) we'd not stayed at it before, and b) because of proximity to Magic Kingdom. In that regard, it was...

I visit WDW about once a year, but never stayed at the WL because we usually had 5 in our traveling party. However, we would always stop and tour the resort because it was so beautiful. So now that the kids are grown, it was just my husband and I, and I booked a long weekend away here. Well, the...
