I stay here every year for the New Years (the most busiest time of the year) the staff is always nice and the theme is so cool and just makes your vacation feel so magical. There's a workout room, pool/small water park, activities on the lake and a sweet convenient store and food place It's also a tram ride away...

Delish - the waitstaff is a bit different.. but in a totally fun way. Reasonable prices - food was one of the best on property! and make sure if you have children - order Ketcup the kids will get a kick out of it. Portions are plentiful and you will not leave hungry. Dining plan is helpful and reservations are...

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family, We celebrated our granddaughter's and my husband's birthday. The hotel was clean and very well kept. When we checked in, it was so easy to get our wristbands, which served as our room keys as well as our tickets to the park, and proceed to our rooms. The hotel is...

We stayed at The Wilderness Lodge Club Level from 10/29-11/8/16 and had the most magical trip! The cast members at the Old Faithful Lounge were amazing...they were friendly, helpful, and beyond sweet to our energetic (and entertaining) 3 year old son. He woke up every morning asking to go say hi to everyone. From check-in to check-out they went above...

We stayed here in late October (UK school half-term), we were warned that there was construction in the hotel but it didn't really effect us. Our room was basic and in need of renovation but clean. Disappointing that the toilet paper is about the cheapest possible and there was no drinking water provided (the stuff out of the tap was...

We booked to stay here on a friends recommendation, best thing we did, I loved that we could get on the ferry and go straight to the park. Our room was on the second floor facing the construction. Everything was great with the room expect we couldn't have the door open to sit outside as there is was a small...

Well we were offered an awesome deal at the Wilderness Lodge being that it was under construction so we took advantage. I will try and give a fair review with the construction in mind. I will say it kinda' reminds me of the Animal Kingdome Lodge with the extremely open and high Lobby we were told it was designed by...

The nice email stating construction starts at 9am, sounds really nice. The truth is, we are staying in the middle of a construction zone. Three years of planning to stay in a construction zone. They should have shut entire wings down and not subjected their guests to construction vehicles at 7:30/8:00am, Hammering, saws and various other construction noise. I am...

As always it is still a Disney Hotel so it's is lovely, but the small changes are the things that have made me think that you cannot call this a 5 Star anymore. We were disappointed to find that we did not receive the towel sculptures that made this hotel different to every other and made it truly unique. By...

The theme and look of the Wilderness Lodge is great and the lobby is very impressive with the large totem poles and fireplace. Being able to get a boat to the Magic Kingdom is also a great feature. There was construction work, but from our courtyard (pool) view room we could hardly see any of it. The geyser waterspout woke...
