This hotel was absolutely amazing! We only stayed one night but when we saw it we really wished we could have stayed longer. Food was great, room was fantastic, we had a view of the entire theme parks, beds were comfy, and everything was easily accessible. We will return for longer next time!

Great modern new hotel that is absolutely beautiful. The customer service from the time you arrive until you leave is excellent. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. You can check your luggage if you arrive early and start enjoying the amenities right away, as well as take the shuttle to the theme parks. The pool was warm and relaxing, very clean and the same for the jacuzzi. The Urban cafe has delicious food and a great selection of menu items to eat and enjoy. You also have starbucks. The drinks at the bars are excellent and top shelf. The roof top bar is breathtaking and the food and drinks are delicious. Shuttles run every 10 minutes and you never have to wait long to get to the parks or return from the parks. There are also garden walkways if you choose to use those and it is safe and has security along the way. Other Universal hotels are within walking distance and you can enjoy there amenities as well. There is shopping at the Universal stores located in the hotels and other shopping is within a 10 minute radius. So much to enjoy as far as eating, drinking and relaxing. …

Aventura was surprisingly amazing. The quick service food in the lobby was awesome! All fresh and delicious food, made to order and open late after the parks closed. Bar at the top of the hotel is a great place for an awesome view. And a quick walk to the hotel next door and you’re right on the water taxi to all the universal parks. Room is controlled by easy to use iPad, clean, new rooms. After staying in many Disney resorts, this would be preferable. 10/10 would stay again!

We enjoyed this hotel! Great staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Very high tech, inclduing Relay the Robot who delivered towels to our room one night. Hotel is close to everything via water taxi but the garden walk between City Walk and the hotel was a nice treat too. We enjoyed that this hotel was a little less hectic than the other resorts. Very relaxing vibe. Would stay here again.

Love how close everything is, we were ready ght by the elevator and everything you need down stairs is close together. It has a calm and subtle vibe. Loved the technology, we used the robot to bring an extra Toothbrush up to our room. The tablet in the room to control ac and TV and lights was nice. When you have back problems after walking around all day it's very easy to relax here

newer hotel rooms were clean and had queen beds that were comfy.I liked the food choices in the lobby to fit all palates. The pool area was small for the size of the hotel they had a good bar and some outdoor activity pool side. The parking was easy and convenient

The hotel is nicely located. It has shuttle bus to & from the park. The hotel has great facility for a family. I just wish the hotel includes at least one meal or breakfast for the nightly rate over $250 per night.

Aventura is one of Universal’s prime value resorts, comparable in price to Cabana Bay, and that’s the only comparison! Unlike Cabana Bay, this place is clean and quiet. The rooms are tech savvy using an iPad to control AC, TV, and lights. This is ok until you need to adjust air temp in middle of the night because now you’re fumbling to find pad then staring at a bright light searching for settings. The Wi-Fi sometimes worked, which affects the TV. It would freeze up and go blank during peak times. But the rooms are sleek and clean. And the views on higher floors are spectacular! The food in Urban Pantry is extremely overpriced, especially for the quality. Around $50 for a hamburger, small buffalo chicken sandwich and 2 small drinks. Highly disappointing. Now Bistro 17 has a few ok choices, but if it’s busy, tables will be dirty and you may have to ask for napkins and silverware more than once. And we still never got napkins nor silverware. Now the drinks are exceptional and made properly. Although the food is better than the less than mall food court quality over at Cabana Bay, I would still go elsewhere. The pool is small but nice. There is a parking garage and parking is approx $18 a day. Aventura will definitely be our choice when looking for an on property value resort. The difference between here and the chaos, filth and noise that is Cabana Bay is like night and day!…

Customer service was not great, everything is way over priced and food was less than average. Bistro 17 was the only good thing about this hotel. Room TV's are tiny and bad quality, no microwaves or water. There are vending machines only on two of the 17 floors - main floor not being one of them. You should leave for the park at 7 for early access, yet food and park ticket counter opens at 7. I have never been to a hotel where the food opens at 7 and then charges $12 for a terrible breakfast burrito and $4 for a cup of coffee. Pool is nice, hotel is bland. Rooms are small.

Great hotel but a little inconvenient to walk through another hotel to get to the river taxi to the park. Also beds were a little uncomfortable. Loved the technology for room lighting and tv control. Room was extra clean. Loud exhaust on cars on the street were an issue in the early morning hours.
