Stayed here for a night in March. The hotel overall was nice. We had no issues with our room. The airport shuttle was great, as we didn't have to wait very long, it was clean, & the driver was very courteous. We didn't believe though that the hotel warranted the ~$200 for the one night that we stayed.

Hyatt Place at the Orlando International Airport is always our go to place to stay when we have early flights. Staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and in working order and the location can’t be beat for long term parking facilities.

Short and to the point.. was a great stay. Felt like home away from home. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, a lot better than other hotels I have stayed. Felt good to arrive daily to a cozy and clean room.

Lucky to get a room on short notice mid week. Great service over the phone and this hotel seems to focus more on that than ensuring a smooth check-in. I was continuously put on hold while standing in front of the receptionist while she attended to multiple phone calls and refused to put them on hold. Check-in took over 30 minutes with no one else in the lobby at 1a.m. I was beyond exhausted, paid way too much for the convenience of proximity to airport. Overheard flight attendants complaining about how much better the surrounding hotels are for the value. I guess if you're near the airport you can put of renovating for a very long time simply for the demand.

Great little hotel and economical too. Within walking distance of the Lee Vista Promenade. Staff was friendly and there is a small bar off the lobby. The Knob Creek Old Fashioned was well made and the perfect way to end my long day. Took the free shuttle to the airport at 6 am.

The folks were nice, but the walls are dingy, the carpet needs replacing, the elevators are sad, and the overall decor is just run-down. Good staff makes up a little but it was depressing. For the price being charged you'd expect a fresh, bright location. At least the breakfast was good.

The staff at this location made a hectic weekend bearable. Extremely friendly and helpful. Of course, cooked breakfast made getting up a little easier. Even though there was a convention going on and a lot of the convention guests were staying at the hotel, the hotel wasn't loud.

Business trip. 1 night stay. Room clean. Bathroom clean. Hallway carpeting and room carpeting needs a refresh. Has the old movie theater smell in the hallways and carpet a tad musty in the rooms but not unbearable. I believe a good carpet cleaning would do the job. Nice size room. Great set up. Complimentary breakfast/coffee. Has some food options available. Great distance from airport. Has a shuttle so that's great. Near a bunch of restaurants. Staff was knowledgeable about the hotel amenities so that's always great. I would come back and recommend. I didn't experience any deal breakers.

There's a lot of choice when it comes to accommodation at Orlando Airport, so you can easily avoid the Hyatt there. There is a free shuttle service provided to the airport, however you are to call and request, rather than the shuttle being on loop. The hotel itself if fine, although the room in which we stayed, inexplicably had holes in the sheets. (?!). Even more randomly, we received a call at 1.00am from reception to tell us they'd put us in the wrong room. We were asleep and I'm not sure how helpful that information was in the middle of the night. The bathroom is awkwardly small, so putting down the bath mat interrupts closing the door and the sink is outside in the bedroom.... just why ??? Breakfast was pretty poor and the small jars containing raisin's and nuts for cereal were sticky and dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The staff were going through the motions, present in body only. You don't need to trouble the Hyatt Place Orlando Airport Hotel. You're not missing much. …
