I have stayed in many best westerns recently and this one was one of the good ones. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, and good attractions. Had a bit of a mix up issue where I was doing late check out and the cleaning lady did walk into the room @11:34 while check out was @1:00. Not a big deal the top lock was on and she apologized immediately. Front desk did apologize for the mix up.

Tim at check in was great he went out of his way to make the check in experience a good one. I have be at many BW hotels in the past 2 weeks on vacation and yours and the BW Key west were the best. But the guy at check-in was the reason for the good review.

The hotel was good and service was great! The check in was easy and there were several checking in and the front desk personnel was very quick and efficient T his job. All the employees were smiling and made you feel welcome.

Having breakfast and a Pool was a Plus for me . Was really close to Disney and also close to the airport . Staff was really nice. I wish I ask the name of the lady of the breakfast area because she was really nice, take care the customers also refilled anything that run out on the breakfast area.

Not the experience I expected. Room carpet was not clean and I order room service one day and they didn't come. hallway was with beds on the way. Room air conditioner wasn't in a great condition. Room too warm.

My husband and I used this Best Western for a park, sleep, fly situation out of the Orlando airport area. We had no issues at all. Staff was great, room was clean, car was safe and we were at the airport early with no stress of trying to find a place to park at 4 am. We had never used this type of service but it was great.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Buffet had good variety. Return shuttle to the airport was very helpful with our party of 12. It was a very good experience. Returning to Orlando will defiantly stay at the Best Western Orlando Airport again.

Best front desk staff I have ever seen - they were friendly took care of everything and always greeted people upon entry into the building. We arrived late in the evening and even though they were almost full with guests they went to check on a room for us rather than leaving us stranded. These two guys need to train others on Front Desk Etiquette!

Hotel is worn out not clean, sticky carpets, dirty sheets. Old furniture in the hallways. Bad smell in the room. They tried to cover it up with a spray. Now its a bad smell with a bad spray. Not a particularly convenient location
