Great atmosphere and friendly staff!! Visiting for dance convention and the property is conveniently located off International drive. Pool area is nice, they even have a game room for the kids. Elijah at the outside bar is amazing and attentive! Would definitely recommend.

Elijah was very helpful!! Ask him to try a tequila pina colada!! I came out to Avanti Palms with a friend and we both enjoyed the service and atmosphere. Will be back!! 10/10 would recommend you to come here for a stay!

The best bartender I have ever had and he made the best white tea shot out of 28 years of my life. He’s lively and loves a conversation. Will come back to see him for sure !!!! Love it here. The pool is great.

The rooms could use an update, especially the bathrooms. The fitness room was well equipped for a daily workout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We met Mitchelle in the cafè, who was very service minded and making us feel welcome.

We love the Avanti for business and family time. We rented the ballroom on 2 occasions for boxing events, katie along with jaime were very easy to work with and straight foward along with the whole staff. we will be returning many more times. cant wait to be back and relax in there amazing pool!

I believe the only positive thing about this hotel is the location in that it’s near universal and a short drive to Disney Parks. However, with that being said, stay somewhere else!!! We generally stay at Hilton branded properties but this trip was booked a month ago and considering it was a partner hotel to Universal we figured it would be a decent if not great place to stay. Wrong wrong wrong!! First- went to use the phone in the room to call down to the front desk to report a few complaints about the room and requests for them to be fixed. The phone was plugged in and would light up but no dial tone and no way to contact anyone other the other end at all. So I had to use my personal phone to get in touch with the front desk and had to go through a call center because any local number I found was forwarded to the call center. Second- the blind to the room was busted and had to call to have it fixed otherwise the room had zero outside light and was dim/dark. Maintenance came up and replaced the entire blind after i was able to get in touch with humans at the front desk. Third- the morning following our arrival I went to make a cup of coffee. Well, no way to make coffee because the little basket the coffee goes in was no where to be found. We had two rooms (one in between us) & surprise surprise our other Winn room also had no basket for the coffee to go in. About an hour later staff came with a basket for the coffee maker as we were on our way out. Fourth- the floors look nice with the vinyl flooring va carpet BUT they DO NOT MOP them and I’m not quite sure if they even sweep them. My daughter got out of the shower, walked to the side of the bed to get dressed and got water on the floor near the bed. I wipes the floor and the towel was covered in dirt. This was the day after we checked in. Soooo disgusting. The other weird thing is there are two buildings and we were placed in the building to the left of the registration building which was run down, dirty, and more of a motel than a hotel or resort. Walls are paper thing and you can hear everything the neighboring rooms do or say. The doors slam shut. My son sleeps like a rock and he was woken up three days in a row at 6 am from the neighbors in between our rooms. Between them yelling and slamming doors and getting ready to head out to the parks for what I assume is rope drop. Told the front desk and we were told there isn’t much they can do about loud guests. While they might have updated floors and a giant flat screen tv on the wall this is pretty much a dump. If you were to choose from motel chains or this place I’d go with this one only for the fact I didn’t see any bugs. Although if they get hungry I’m sure they could get some nutrients from the sauce or food stains on the blinds. Universal should definitely rethink their stance on this being a partner hotel.
