I just returned from a 4 night stay, June 28th till July 3rd . Over all the hotel is amazing & the staff is great (Big shout out to Krystal at the front desk) . The overall stay was Great except we could not get our room cleaned ,even with the front desk trying to assist with this matter. I will definitely stay again.

This is an excellent option if you want an alternative to a one-bedroom vrbo. It is my go-to for my family of three with a kitchen and all essential tools. Most importantly, the property is super clean! During my last stay, the operations supervisor, Katya Mailloux-Kuz, went above and beyond to meet our room needs a reality. She gave us the best customer service of all! I highly recommend this property. Top-notch...

Rooms were Clean. This was a Newer hotel in a busy area of Orlando. What isn’t busy in Orlando anymore? Located near Millenia Mall. Crowded parking lot. I noticed many cars had to park on street. Consistent with Residence Inn stays I’ve had in the past. Hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Front desk very helpful any attentive. Would stay here again.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Stayed over the weekend and truck was keyed in the “gated pay for parking”. Spoke with general manager Alex. He did nothing to compensate me including the $8.00 parking charge. What a joke and unprofessional. As i was waiting to tAlk to him. I was next to 2 ladies that said they slipped and fell in the parking lot. Obviously, a dangerous parking lot and unsafe area. I am out $350.00+ for deductible and rental because of their negligence. Buyer beware.

Response from Alex Freid, General Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at Millenia
Responded 23 Feb 2021
Greetings from Orlando... First, I want to thank you for choosing Residence Inn Orlando at Millenia for your recent trip to Central Florida during these unusual times. We are grateful that you gave us the opportunity to serve you. I completely understand your frustration with the incident that happened with your vehicle. Like all incidents, there is a process that must be followed. I am sorry that you feel that the process of filing a claim is unprofessional. I walked through the parking lot with you, listened to everything you had to say and worked with you to find an alternate hotel because you wanted to move. I also filed a claim on your behalf, which is the process that occurs at most businesses with regards to any incidents. I feel like I treated you with respect, working my way through the process as quickly as possible. If you are stating that I was unprofessional because I did not pay for your hotel room or compensate you because someone scratched your vehicle, then I am sorry you feel that way. The process of filing a claim is how these types of incidents must be handled. With regards to your comments about our hotel being negligent, I want to reiterate what I discussed with you a few days ago. We offer a reasonable amount of security overnight in our parking lot. A reasonable amount of security does not include an Associate standing by your vehicle every second of the night, making sure that nobody touches your vehicle. We patrol our parking lot and complete regular walk-throughs continually through the night, but we do not stand by one vehicle all night long. If that is something you expect from a hotel, then I would suggest contacting the hotel in advance and paying for additional security to stand watch over your vehicle exclusively. I do not deny or accept any liability with regards to the scratch on your vehicle. That is something that our claims department does, which is why I submitted the incident to our claims department. With regards to a guest who slipped and fell on a curb in the rain in our parking lot... this incident is not related to the incident with your vehicle. While unrelated to your situation, we handle all accidents such as trips, falls, slips with great urgency, making sure the guest receives first aid and/or medical treatment if necessary. The incident you overheard was completely unrelated to the incident with your vehicle. We take all incidents extremely seriously and document everything so we can make sure we have detailed records of the event. I am sorry that you feel that this process is unprofessional. Your claim has been submitted and someone from the claims department will be contacting you within the next few days. As I mentioned to you, if you do not hear from someone, please let me know and I will follow up with the claims department. Sincerely, Alex Freid General Manager

We went to Orlando to visit a friend and decided to stay at this hotel. I have to say that this was the very best corona breakfast that I have received in a year at a hotel. Most hotels throw you a stale muffin in a grab bag and try to pass that off as a decent breakfast. This hotel offered hot eggs, bagels, sausage, coffee, juice, fresh fruit and oatmeal. I left stuffed. Additionally, the ladies were all working together like a symphony. One lady even said to me, "It's a pleasure to serve you," with a smile. I have only ever heard that a Chick-Fil-A in the past. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious for a family of four and there is a nice walking bridge and sidewalk behind the hotel where you can have a short walk to the Millenia Mall. There are several restaurants and shops at Millenia...we will certainly be staying here again!
